OOC: Fine, since you won't, I will... XD
***
Sudden light burned Super Blast Man's eyes as Moritori cast open the door to his cell. "Just when I thought today would be boring," he muttered, sitting up, his back against the wall. "What brings you here, my hospitable host?" he asked, his voice an open insult.
"Now now, Wes, we used to be such friends. That is what you call yourself these days, right? Wes Lynd?" Moritori laughed slightly. "I suppose a man in your position can't run around introducing himself to everyone he sees as Super Blast Man, now, can he?"
"You've always known my real name, since you found me, anyways," Super Blast Man retorted. "And you never told me who I was, my past... nothing. So I simply made a new one."
"Indeed. You even fancy yourself a hero after the horrible things you've done. Quite a remarkable transformation, I must say. You've had your memories destroyed twice now, although the second time was a much less thorough execution than the first. How much do you remember about our last battle, the one that resulted in both of us in a coma?"
"The Starlight gem..." Super Blast Man muttered. "And I wanted to kill you. With every fiber in my body."
"Not a very heroic thing, now was it?" Moritori mused. "But yes, you absorbed an entire Starlight gem, something that even Atomic Blast Man has never managed, and he is more powerful than you. The truth is, you used to work for me. You wanted something of mine to kill Mr. Tracce, a personal rivalry you two have had for quite some time. I refused to give it to you"
"Whatever," Wes scoffed. "Even if that is true, it doesn't matter anymore. Tracce has given me a chance to do what's right, despite my past crimes."
"You are defending a man that has taken everything you've ever had away from you, either directly or indirectly. He knows at least as much about your past as I do. You had some particularly powerful and brutal weapons back when the two of you were enemies, but I bet he has withheld those from you as well. And Kathryn... you two were together, long ago. Maybe you should think about who is really on your side, Wes." With that, Moritori left the room, the door closing behind him automatically.
Super Blast Man scowled at the darkness. He felt that everything Moritori had said was true, yet he felt that there was something unsaid still. No matter if he had worked for the scientist before... Wes knew he had always hated the man.

OOC: Well, this could free up some more people?
***
A hand drove through the sands, grabbing Cyba by his head and pulling him to the surface. "Better get ready to hand me the Zeo Crystal," Wolfstar told him, a smirk playing on his face for a moment. The dark sword pulled back, preparing to run Cyba through the gut, but Cyba already had a countermeasure in mind.
Pushing a hand out behind him, Cyba unleashed a powerful beam of Chaos Energy which pushed the two combatants into an uncontrolled tumble across the sands of Hueco Mundo. Wolfstar quickly lost his grip on Cyba, and the two warriors soon regained control over their motion.
"And you better get ready to surrender to me," Cyba replied, his own signature smirk appearing as he placed two fingers on his forehead. In a fraction of a second, Cyba vanished from in front of Wolfstar and reappeared behind the Arrancar. Acting swiftly, Cyba grabbed one of Wolfstar's powerful wings with one hand and struck it hard with the other, snapping the bones near Wolfstar's shoulder in one brutal blow.
"What?" Wolfstar gasped, attempting to spin around and stab his former student, but by the time he turned, Cyba was gone. Wolfstar found him perched on top of a sand dune nearby, but still too far for his foe to move in that small amount of time. "How did you suddenly become faster than me?"
"Light moves at an incredible pace," Cyba told him. "You would be surprised how quick you can go with the powers of teleportation on your side."
"I see," Wolfstar muttered. "The game must end. The next blow will be the finishing blow." Intense energies filled Wolfstar, and the sands of Hueco Mundo began to flee from around him.
"You have no idea," Cyba retorted, once again placing two fingers on his forehead. Wolfstar spun around in anticipation, but Cyba did not appear where he had planned. "Awe, thought I would try the same trick twice?" Cyba mused, grabbing Wolfstar from behind, from the direction Wolfstar had been facing before turning around. "You trained me better than that." Cyba used the Instant Transmission once again, bringing them both up into the air, finally bringing Wolfstar face to face with the enormous Spirit Bomb.
"What the hell is that thing?" he asked as the ball of energy began to lurch forward. It was so huge that it did not appear to be moving at all.
"It's called a Spirit Bomb," Cyba replied, capturing both himself and Wolfstar within a Sphere of Chaos. Cyba's own attack began to painfully assault him, but he needed the attack to prevent Wolfstar from finding a way to break his hold or move away from the Spirit Bomb.
The Spirit Bomb came within reach of the two Saiyans, and Wolfstar thrust his sword forward, somehow halting the attack's progress. "It's powerful, but clearly you have not mastered it yet," Wolfstar grunted, both from the pain of the Sphere of Chaos as well as the strain from holding the Spirit Bomb at bay.
"No!" Cyba shouted, snarling as he let the Sphere of Chaos fade away. "I will not let everyone down now, not with all we've already fought for!" He could only think of one more option, one more way to defeat his former master. One more Instant Transmission brought them into the ravaging energy of the Spirit Bomb itself.
"I... I can't move!" Wolfstar gasped as the Spirit Bomb began to fall to the sands of Hueco Mundo once more.
"I told you," Cyba said, drawing even more energy into the Spirit Bomb from within. "This is it." The Spirit Bomb hit the ground, exploding with enough intensity to destroy any normal planet a thousand times over. Cyba blacked out instantly.
***
Wolfstar woke up in a great glass bowl bigger than several planets he had visited in the past. The glass around him was slick with his own blood, and he knew that he most likely did not have long to live. "I failed you," he gasped, trying to turn over to gaze up at the sky of Hueco Mundo. He could not, so instead he peered into the reflection of the crescent moon in the glass in front of him.
Cyba's reflection blocked the moon. "How did you survive that?" Wolfstar groaned. Cyba turned Wolfstar over, then sat on the smooth glass nearby, reaching into a tattered pouch and withdrawing a strange fruit.
"The energy itself couldn't hurt me," he replied. "It was made of positive energy, and I guess it thought I was worthy. The concussion from the explosion, however... that's another story. My ears are still ringing." He split the fruit in half and handed one piece to Wolfstar. "Eat this. It will heal you."
"Offering aid to your enemy? Is that wise?"
"I know you'll keep your word," Cyba answered, already munching on his half of the fruit.
"Indeed," Wolfstar muttered, bringing the fruit to his lips with difficulty.
"The other warriors should be here soon. Then we will plan our next move."

ooc: ... I have to wonder if all the onlokers were able to survive that explosion, even if the fight took them quite a distance away. Maybe the instant transmission up into the Spirit Bomb dealt with that in part? (And it just occurred to me... when Kyu sensed everyone evacuating, all he had to go on was "Big monsters, Arancar inside, people disappearing"... wouldn't he have thought Wolfstar was on a killing sprie, or something? O.O .) Something to think about with regards to the time matrix: Kone! We have two things to consider. First, Kikyo is free, and second... Kone has to go back to the Z-era to deal with time paradoxes. (Considering how screwy a lot of this is... I think we'll just fanwink those. ). I still have no idea where to send people on the megaship (I still don't think everyone would agree to abandon Legaia; while sending Kone there to resolve TM stuff makes sense, I can see her being interested in going to Agteka. I'm guessing that Zedd's target is either Agteka or the Drakengard world (though come to think of it, the seal planet I had in mind might be closer to Earth... but I'd rather it came later, because the timing of something I'm going to do soon is important).) And there's the Kai-conference, which I kinda want to write some of (assuming we see it), but no idea what to do there, and I think all three of us will wind up needing to contribute to that... So, I'll do this! Bwahahahaha! BIC: ***** "I'd say it's over, but that's what we thought when the RDF base took out half the planet..." Adam had been watching the distant explosion, even through the torrents of sand and shifting ground that its immensity threw to the refugees. "It's over," Dende said as he carefully pulled one of the resistance fighters he had been healing from the fight in the base out of a newly-formed sand drift. "I can't tell for sure, but..." Dende trailed off, the constant excitement and use of his talents taking their toll on the Namekian's vigor. "If things didn't work out so well," Adam said, "Tommy's still out there with three fragments of the Zeo Crystal." He seemed to be intentionally avoiding trying to stare through the settling sands of Hueco Mundo to view the glass crater formed by the Spirit Bomb's detonation. "But I get the feeling these are still ours..." ***** OOC: Hey, wait... isn't Flayk still with the Resistance people in Hueco Mundo?

OOC: Yes, which gives me room to do this.
***
Flayk's spine stiffened when he felt Wolfstar's power level plummet. The battle was over, and now his master would serve another. But Flayk wasn't so sure that was in his best interests. Wolfstar may be willing to betray the Unifyer because of his so-called honor, but the Hermalyan soldier had lived in a world where honor took second place to survival every day.
"And fighting the Unifyer would be suicide," he muttered to himself, far enough away from the group of heroes to go unheard. He held his hand up so he could gaze at the two Elemental Rings in his possession. Fire and Lightning. The more destructive of the Elemental Rings. Everyone was weakened from all the intense fighting that had been going on, and Cyba and Wolfstar were definitely not in battle condition.
"I can strike now, or..." He paused for a moment. "No. The other Arrancar here should be quite agitated after that battle. They'll come check things out soon, and then I'll have the perfect chance to gain favor with the Unifyer..."

Ooc: Awe, screw it. XD ***** "I kinda think Kejek was right." Shairo's voice, though the sudden appearance of he, Kairin, Liquaro and Rani was the first sound to disturb the inpenetrible calm of the rocky landscape, the isometry broken only by what appeared to be a patch of flowers along a scramble of rocks. "Even if," Kairin responded, "I'm not giving up without trying. Besides, tracking down the dragon might lead us to the shapeshifter that's been messing with us." "I'm amazed anything can grow on this rock," Shairo said, noting the barrenness, "Even with the Megaship's charts, how did you get us here?" "There's ki," Rani answered. "It's probably from the gap," Liquaro added. "Dimensional gaps." Kairin smirked up the rocks ahead of them, "Maybe the perfect place to hide from the Unifier. Well, let's grab the Singing Squash and leave. We might get back before they reach Agteka." There was a solemn, group nod, and the four approached the rocks. The first foot caught Kairin between the shoulderblades, and he fell forward, catching himself on the rocks with his hands and flipping up onto the slope. Shairo immediately turned and thrust his fist into the Z emblem on the putty's chest, and Liquaro and Rani had both launched small ki blasts at a pair of the putties in the part of the group that was still descending. "Zedd's in on this, now?" Kairin groaned, "Tell him to back off!" He drew the quad blade andd made a long arc around him, knocking away the hand of one putty, and striking a second in its chest, causing it to fall back and shatter. "Get the squash," Shairo said as he struck away two more putties, "I can hold them off." Kairin turned and thrust the flat of the quad blade into the nearest putty's face, then turned and jumped up toward the flowers atop the plateau. Liquaro and Rani had teleported to Shairo's side by then, and were fending off the putties hand-to-hand. Shairo took the opening to fly up to Kairin's side, and they both sent two putties that had followed tumbling down the rocks. "I don't see any squash," Shairo observed. "According to Adam," Kairin replied, "It's hidden by the blossoms. Grab some of the flowers... just don't damage them." "There are different plants over those rocks," Shairo pointed out. Kairin nodded and ran to where Shairo had pointed. Shairo knelt and pulled up some flowers, and a paralyzing squealing noise suddenly rang through the air. Kairin stopped to massage his ears, then turned to see what Shairo was holding. The putties that remained fell back in discomfort, and were promptly finished. Shairo shrugged and put a hand over the flowers, silencing them. "All right," Kairin said, "That's it! Now..." A thin, incendiary bolt struck Shairo in the side, and he doubled over, barely keeping the flowers in his grasp as one hand moved for the wound. Kairin 's eyes locked on the staff first, then the shirtless blue figure with its hood attached to nothing. "The shapeshifter!" Liquaro exclaimed, but before he and Rani could move for him, the figure swung the staff at them and a gust of wind knocked them back. "I'm always a step ahead of you," the shapeshifter spoke coolly, "As you probably noticed." Kairin moved to leap, but was suddenly restrained. "Marakkas..." Shairo coughed upon seeing who had Kairin by the throat. *** OOC: Yeah, random Shairo-Kairin Sidequest part three. I did too much there, but the megaship is in transit, and I have no idea what to do with Gotenks-tachi's place. In the unexpected event that someone shows up soon and wants to do something... Egh, do whatever. XD. Megaship is free to move; can land on a planet, be attacked, whateever, just be aware that it has shields against teleportation (they were turned off for the twins to teleport out, but won't come back off without a signal). As for Hueco Mundo... I got nothin'.

OOC: I'm continuing a bit further... *** Instant movement left Liquaro appearing near Kairin and Marakkas, his right arm swinging down in a fierce Karate Chop. Marakkas stepped back, though still stoic, despite that his arm was presently missing a hand, and a good portion of forearm. Rani appeared between Shairo and the Shapeshifter, but the blue figure only drew Cort's staff near him and vanished, reappearing in time to grab Marakkas's severed hand and teleport himself and the Metamorese warrior into the sky. Liquaro and Rani followed suit by teleporting together and launching a combined beam of energy at the two in the sky, who disappeared yet again. Kairin leapt for Shairo in his moment of freedom, reaching for the plants in his hand so that Shairo could put attnetion on the wound the shapeshifter's attack had caused. "Tell Kejek," Shairo said, grunting back pain from his wound, "Let's get out of here..." "Are you ok?" Kairin asked, pulling away his free hand to reach for the coin Kejek had given him. "Been a lot worse," Shairo coughed, trying to smirk. "... Fu... Sion..." "Watch out!" one of the twins shouted from above, but by the time they had dove for Marakkas and the shapeshifter, a white mass of light protected them. Liquaro and Rani landed, the light faded, and Marakan stretched his arms. "Try it," came the dual voices of the fused warrior, "It'll be fun, won't it?" ONe hand swung low and sent a cone-shaped ray of energy up toward Kairin and Shairo, catching Kairin's hand and causing the coin to glow hot, then dissolve into dust. "Just die!" Kairin shouted, turning and hurling the quad blade between Liquaro and Rani, under Marakan's blasting hand. The blade caught him in the bottom of the ribs, and even spilled blood, but Marakan managed to throw it aside before it caused too much damage. The distraction allowed Liquaro and Rani to charge in, both of them driving their glowing fists into Marakan's torso as an explosion of light threw the strange fusion back down the plateau. And then the biggest bolt of lightning Shairo had ever seen struck, and a swirl of wind and color threw everyone that was still standing to the ground. It wasn't the rocky ground of the asteroid of the Singing Squash, however, but the flat, mist-covered ground of a dark place, the likes of which the humans hadn't seen before. And Marakan rose over them, growing ever larger until he could have crushed a few multi-story buildings. "You aren't the only ones with friends," the now booming fused voice called down to the dismayed warriors below. ***** OOC: This feels like minimalism for some illogical reason. XD. Where's a megazord when you need it? . Ok, I'm really done this time... still haven't (after planning this for at least two years XD) figured out how to get them out of here... Oh, wait, I should probably do this... BIC: *** Kejek was tapping his wand on his knees uneasily. He hadn't done many interrogations in his time, but at the moment he seemed to be the only one both willing and not-exhausted enough to try and force information out of the scale-headed man that had been in the crystal he'd liberated from Nijam. Seremek wasn't giving many straight answers, though, and Kejek was beginning to wonder if he couldn't pull out a desperate magic trick or two, when he felt an unexpected warmth from his pocket. "Don't try to go anywhere," he said to his captive. The Man only smirked as Kejek pulled out the rhythmically glowing coin. "A communication device?" the scale-headed man asked in interest, "I didn't know Earthlings used coins like that." "If you talked that much when I asked questions..." The coin suddenly glowed very brightly, and Kejek dropped it onto the floor from the sudden heat. He scrambled to the ground and tapped the coin with his wand, and it seemed to calm. He tapped it a few more times, and nothing happened. "Crud... crud... crud!" He pocketed the coin and stood up, pointed his wand at his throat, and uttered an incantation. "You'll have to explain how that stick--" "ANDROS!" Kejek's voice was amplified as though via loud-speaker, "KAIRIN'S COIN HAS BEEN DESTROYED!" "... Couldn't you have tried a quieter way?" Kejek slashed his wand toward the man and a cloud of red and gold sparks danced in the air in front of him. "Should we turn off the shields?" Andros asked, his voice immonating from one of Deka's speakers. "TRY TO GET A SCAN OF BROMAK FIVE FIRST," Kejek answered. "Scans indicate risidual teleportation energy," Deka anounced, "No megafauna detected. One vessel is passing the system." *** OOC: Serpentera just happens to be passing by where Kairin-tachi were? Well, um, I... don't suppose that detail matters, other than revealing that Zedd hasn't reached whatever planet he's headed for. Actually, he might be headed for Legaia... but probably not. ... 'K, so Wolfstar's picking where Zedd and his forces are moving now. . From the looks of it, the options are either Agteka or the Drakengard planet. Nothing says that Serpentera and the Megaship are headed the same direction, but if they just picked up on Serpentera they might follow. And now comes the question of... ur.... what happens next with Gotenks and Kikyo's group in Kaioshinkai? I think we should just figure out how we're going to write the Kai-conference and go from there, though I think the people that just got rescued will need a minute to adjust and probably talk to their saviors. ... And... I'm guessing that all the capable fighters of the Afterlife are helping maintain order in Hell. Hehehehe. XD

"Their defenses weren't down long enough to--" "I know, sniveling baboon!" Zedd cut Goldar off, "But it doesn't matter. So, the rangers and their allies are heading toward Agteka? Even if they've somehow discovered our plans, it will make no difference!" "Shall I catch them?" Mannah asked, "It will be easy now..." "No," Zedd lifted his staff toward the view in the front of Serpentera's cockpit, "You said you could help us with our first seal. While the rangers are busy on Agteka, we'll have no resistance destroying the other seals. But we'll leave a welcoming committee just the same!" "Should we send Tooldrak as a diversion?" Rita asked. "My lord, I will--" Goldar began. "You let the chaotic and the Zeo Crystal escape us!" Zedd snapped, "No, I have a better idea..." ********** OOC: Since "pick the megaship's destination" has been on the "what next?" list for so long, I finally decided. . "Ecliptor!"
"What now, 'your magesty'?"
"Was that scathing sarcasm?" Darkonda mused, "I've not heard that from you often. But we have no time for rimonissing."
"What is the problem, then?" Ecliptor demanded... somewhat lightly.
"Someone is engaging our fighters," Darkonda answered, stepping to the view of Earth's continents and changing it to reveal the dogfights.
"Who is it?" Ecliptor asked, "Red ranger..."
"No," Darkonda said, "He has made his leave from this system. I am unfamiliar with these fighters, but they're doing too well."
"Our forces are far from their zeaneth," Ecliptor responded, "If we pull them back and launch strategic..."
"We don't have enough to risk," Darkonda interrupted, "No. The United Alliance of Evil should have all the power it had in the days of Zordon. Let's not waste time with Earth; this planet is so weak now that we could leave that fool Elgar in charge and the planet will remain ours."
"Elgar is no match for these mysterious fighters," Ecliptor indicated the red jet-like vehicle leading the assault against the velocifighters, "But even then, how do you intend to gather resources?"
"We were revived by the energies harvested by a Yasha-tabe," Darkonda explained, "But that energy alone couldn't restore Darkspector. Perhaps, if we find more Yasha-tabe, we can use the evil they've eaten to restore an army strong enough to bring Rita and Zedd back to us, and perhaps reclaim the universe at large."
"How do you intend to do that?" Ecliptor quipped, "Those dragons are territorial. The one that restored the dark fortress was probably the first in this region."
"We can't expect them to come to us," Darkonda replied, "But that won't stop us from going to their source. The Yasha-tabe are native to Filanzia. That planet is too heavily shielded in mist and forests for any successful conquest. Sir. X was hardly able to wipe out the Pyromorphs before he abandonned that world. Only bountyhunters ever went there to deal with targets that tried to use Filanzia as a hideout. It will be easy to carry out our dragon hunt there."
**********
OOC: Another confusing talky post! So we're clear, Timewarper and the Knights are pwning UAE fighters. Not that it's necessarily easy; if you want to write anything there, go ahead! XD.
