Simple, if I were the emperor I would simply kill Goton, Brolly, Paragus, and Goton's mother. It's really that simple, unless...I wanted to play games with them to drag the battle on so Goken can appear before the emperor kills them.

Well, here's the way the following the time matrix thing works. The follower gets there at the same time that the one with the time matrix does, and they are very close, but not in the same place. put it this way, they are never able to see each other, but they are close enough that they can get to each other rather quickly. For now, Goken and them are close to the emperor and his dudes, but they still have some catching up to do.

Heh. Well, as this involves the time matrix i suppose his interference wouldn't be too much of a bending of the rules... Anyway, If you're going to wait, Gotenks, Then I'll go ahead and post...

The six came to appear on the "New planet Vegeta", in a rather desolate looking area. The wind was mild in strength and rather hot, the sky slightly covered with clouds. It was humid and sticky, making the day seem rather miserable.
"Where are we?" Aro Buu asked, looking around in confusion.
"On some selestual object," Kairin answered, scanning the area for power levels. He could detect a few Hermalans, but the emperor's power was somewhere distant, not on the planet at any rate. He did sense something odd with the emperor though, and he could only assume that to be the one.
"They're that way," Katar said, indicating the direction in which the Hermalan warriors were.
"Indeed," Kairin said, gazing in that direction intently. "Someone needs to go head off the emperor. Liquaro, Rani, you guys can teleport whoever's going with you to where he is. I think I'll stay here and see what these Hermalans are up to."
"I will stay for now," Aro said, "I don't think it wise to let you face Hermalans alone."
"I'll stay," Katarsuggested.
"One of us needs to stay behind so that we can all face the emperor together when it comes to that," Liquaro said, "And we need power against the emperor. I think i'll stay here also, but someone needs to go with Rani."
"Fine," Katar said with a sigh, "I'll go then." Kairin turned to Goken.

[Gotenks]

"I think I should go where my dad will be," Goken answered. "That way I can make sure no Hermalayan Warriors or the emperor kills him. That's okay with you guys right?"

[chibi cajones]

"Of course," Kairin replied, "Well, I guess you'd better get going then. And remember that we're still trying to recover the time matrix." He trailed off, not sure of what else to say.

"Then I shall be off," Goken replied flying off in the direction of Brolly's powerlevel.

[Wolfstar]

"Wha-what are you doing here?" the real emperor asked, on the planet Hemalya. Cybtrenks had just appeared in front of him.

"I'm here to figure out how you can be 2 places at once," Cybtrenks told him.

"That is none of your business. But, this is. Meet my right-hand man." I humaniod figure stepped out of the shadows.

"Hello, Cybtrenks," he said.

"Bardock..."

Goken arrived half of a mile from where Brolly was. He had to make sure that he was quick enough as to not be clearly seen by Brolly.

So correct me if I'm wrong, cajones, but can Goken see the Emperor? I remember something in your post about the two not being able to see eachother.

hmm, I'm thinking that he probably can, he just needs to look in the right place.

Goken sat on a rock for a good half hour before he noticed something moving in the shadows below him. He looked down to see that the emperor and a few of his army were below him watching Brolly off in the distance.
"Well," Goken thought to himself. "Looks like I've got a fight on my hands!"
Goken slowly flew down into the shadows below behind the emperor.
"Hurry up and kill him!" the emperor angirly exclaimed to his warriors. "I want Goton dead, without Goton there will be no Goken to keep following me around!"
"You mean like now!?" Goken asked.
The emperor looked behind him and smiled when he saw Goken's body half in the shadows and half in the light.
"So! You've vome to stop me from killing you in the past?" he boomed.
"That's right, and I also have a crew of fighters miles away that'll be here in a heartbeat once they feel my power level rise."
"Good, might as well kill them too, Hermalayans ATTACK!"

[Wolfstar]

The powerful fusion between Cyba and Trunks melted away, showing the deep sadness in Cyba's face.
"How could you betray the Earth like this?" Cyba asked his son.
"You can't begin to understand. You aren't a true Saiyan! You are a weak fool of a man who fancies himself to be a warrior! Trunks, your father knew what I was talking about in his younger days, but even he has slipped into weakness. Now I am the last Saiyan alive, simply because you are all fools and wimps!"

[goton]

"AHHH!!!!!!!!!" Goken screamed dramatically increasing his power level. The few Hermalyan Warriors who had tried tot attack were quickly blown away as Goken achieved the Super Saiyan 2 stage. "Let the real fun begin! Ki Fireworks!"

Goken held his hand high into the air, resulting in a golden glow which formed around his hand. Then, after gathering what he thought was enough energy, Goken released the energy into thousands of tiny Ki Beams at the Hermalayan Warriors.

Goken laughed to himself as he watched the Hermalayans get engulfed by the smoke and dust the Ki Blasts were causing.

"Is that all you've got!?" Goken boasted. "I was expecting more from you!"

"And I from you!" Goken heard the Emperor exclaimed.
Goken's face aluminated in surprise as the dust cleared away revealing the emperor and all of his warriors in one piece.

"What!?" Goken exclaimed.

THe Emperor laughed, "Do you think I would bring a bunch of lowly class warriros with me to the past knowing that you pursued me!?"

Goken's face grew angry, "Then let's see how strong these warriors really are!"

I was thinking, maybe would could use what cajones was talking about, you know all that stuff about atoms and what not? I think having the emperor controling gravity and things like that would be pretty interesting...

They flew toward the power levels on the planet. Goken and the Hermalyans were close, but they had not yet engaged each other in battle (This is in that half hour before the fight) Rani and Katar had gone to another area of the planet to secure Goton's mother, and they seemed to be experiencing no interference.
It wasn't long before Kairin, AroBuu, and Liquaro were hovering over the area that the other Hermalans had landed in. There was a small group waiting for Brolly's father to move out to leave, primed to destroy him the instant that he came into sight.
"They're waiting for something," Liquaro observed.
"If we take them now," Kairin said, "Then Paragus has a better chance of escaping. These guuys don't seem too strong... I think that if we work together, we can take them."
"Right," AroBuu agreed, "Then on the count of three?" Before they could begin, one of the Hermalan warriors took notice of them and turned.
"Hey!" he shouted, "Someone's over there!" The others all turned and raised their hands to fire.
"Three!" Kairin shouted, diving to the ground between the soldiers and rolling to his feet behind them. Liquaro teleported to the ground in front of them and Arobuu took their shots in the flesh that he had acquired from Majin Buu years ago before Dartin had even been created.
"Go!" Kairin shouted, powering up a pair of blasts in each hand. The Hermalans turned to face him, only to get hit from behind by Liquaro's attack. Kairin threw his blasts, drawing in more energy from the light and heat in the air. As the Hermalans began to separate into two swarms to take care of the two, AroBuu descended and mowed over many of them before blasting several into dust. His power was far above that of these second class fighters.
The three that remained turned to face him. Kairin took one of them, grabbign him by the neck and splitting his spine with his palm. He blasted the warrior tot he ground to insure his defeat. Liquaro took another, kicking him to the ground before firing on him from above. AroBuu took the last one, turning him into a cookie with his antennae and quickly devouring the soldier.
A ship seemed to be moving in the sky. The powers of Goken and the Hermalans seemed to be higher now, and much closer.
"I think the time has come," Liquaro said as he moved toward the others.
"The emperor probably knows what we're up to," Arobuu pointed out.
"Then we have to teleport to his exact location," Kairin said.
"We need Rani," Liquaro pointed out, "With him, I can use the spirit attack and it should be easier to get the time matrix from him."
"Don't forget that if we stop for him," AroBuu said, "That the emperor will have time to act."
"Then let's hope that Goken can keep him busy," Liquaro said.
"So," Kairin said, "We're going?" AroBuu gave a nod. Liquaro placed a hand on both of them and they were gone from the planet.

I've copied everything up to this point into an msword document and spell checked it. How's this for a title? "Grand Unification"
Oh, and Wolfstar, if it's alright with you, I think I should rpobably do something in the time line with Goti and them. Goti doesn't know instant transmission, does he?
