*Nods*. I'm going with the theory that they won't be able to find it until Terra Dax is defeated due to the oppressive energy and such. And there are a few people that will definitely go with them. So we have to wonder about Tecarlin; what was Gohan planning on doing after getting the elemental rings? It was suggested that they're probably going to hop over to Klidore... but aside from that, did he have anything in mind? I think some people will stay on Earth though, what with the UAE (Who can't seem to avoid showing up in dreams lately...) and Zedd, Etc.
So... Umm... Yeah. I think we should get some dialogue going between the people on Earth, and Liquaro/Rani/Kone are probably with Gohan and Calcutro (though I'm not really sure what to have them do at the moment...).

Miliardo's bent blade shimmered in the odd light of the dead king's palace as he moved in on Gohan and Kone. "Those rings... I've seen some like them before," Miliardo said. "Except there were more of them. Tell me, what are they?" "These are the Elemental Rings... a version of the Rings of Power built by the Tecarlins. Where did you see the other fifteen rings? They used to belong to me also." Miliardo let his sword drop a few inches as he thought about what Gohan had just said. "Rings of Power... A former Hermalyan soldier with a few remarkable abilities came to Lord Clidax with them. Clidax was going to save them until the Unifyer's next visit to give them to him." "Wait... so you don't know where the Unifyer is?" Miliardo shook his head. "No one does. Not me, not Clidax, not any of the Unifyer's other underlings. He doesn't want to be found, and with his reality distorting abilities, he won't be." A thin smile spread across Gohan's face. "I know some others with the ability to distort reality. One is my son-in-law, and another is my grandson. They will find a way to get to your great Unifyer, and then he'll wish he'd stayed in his own dimension." "You've got to be about as dumb as they come..." Miliardo said. "The Unifyer is all-powerful! If he could be stopped, surely one of the universes that he has forced into submission would have done so by now. It simply can't be done!" "They also said Frieza was unbeatable... then Cell, and even Majin Buu. The Unifyer may be a powerful opponent, but no one is all-powerful. No one is invincible." ... *wonders if a contradiction to this can be found in a recent post involving a certain cloaked figure* Umm... I'm going to guess they've been in the base long enough for... me to make up some random things and do this... *suddenly realizes that Kikyo could be a Zordon-esque figure until she is released* ********* ~:This is the Esrevni Intelligence Agency,:~ Came a voice over the com that sat next to Ioru's Copilot, ~:Please identify yourself.:~ ~:This is copilot of the vastvision,:~ the copilot answered. ~:Has the situation changed since your transmission?:~ ~:Negative,:~ the copilot answered, ~:Nothing's changed in the chamber where the ship is, and I haven't gotten any new readings from the rest of the facility. But eh, I figured things should speed up here in the near future... ********** "Nice work," Videl said to her adult daughter as Dende stepped closer to fix any damage that Pahn and Anoreha might have sustained from the battle with the Klidorians. "We shouldn't count anything yet," Elohssa said as he stepped closer to the group, "So far as we can tell, everyone that isn't here is missing in action rather than defeated." "So I guess you couldn't pick up on where Yabu and Trunks went?" Kejek asked. "They disappeared just before the dragon attacked me," Elohssa answered, "If they're still in this universe, which I am inclined to believe, they are somewhere that my scanners can't detect them." "What about the others?" Kairin asked, the shadows around him fading to mere dimness on parts of his body, "Katar? Shairo? At?" "I don't know," Elohssa answered, "Shairo and At disappeared with the warrior that they were fighting. Katar... I can't be sure; at first it seemed like she had the dragon defeated, but then they were both gone in the wake of those evil powers that were restored by the dragon's injury." "We can all still sense Gohan, right?" Goten said, "At least... I think that's him; it seems like he's powered down now, so I can't really tell." "We have to decide what we're going to do," Kejek said, bringing up his wand to indicate that the conversation needed to get organized, "Right now, it looks like the enemy has some of our best allies in both power and friendship. We've also got a few new threats apparently gathering near the Earth, we've got Gohan, Liquaro and Rani apparently doing well somewhere offworld, and most of us have used up a lot of energy fighting off the latest invaders. The way I see it, we can either stay here and try to recover, since we're clearly not done, we can try to do some sort of recon on the UAE, we can try to join up with Gohan, or we can try to figure out where some of the others have disappeared to. We don't know how much time we have, but the way it stands right now we'll have considerable trouble with any significant combat. Anyone have any ideas?" "I last picked up Gotenks and Goton on Hermalya," Elohssa anounced, "I can't find them now. They seem like a very useful addition to our side. The same goes for Goti and his brother; I don't know what has become of them. If no one here knows what happened to them, we should consider them worth looking out for no matter what course of action we take. And if I understand correctly, no one is sure what's happened to Cyba?" ***** This post got way too wordy. Oh well... I think having a big conference will get us somewhere. And since Alex and Videl are Wolfstar's characters, there would be logic in his use of them if he needs to say more than Pahn and Anoreha can bring up. . And Dende's open to everyone in the area, of course.

` "He's on Klidore now, and will probably be lunch to the Terra Dax before too long. And now, victory here on Earth seems inevitable... your strongest warriors are gone." I made up the timestamp. But anyway... Yeah, Pahn and Anoreha know where everyone is, though I still doubt we can get there unaided before TerraDax is defeated, if even then. *wants to access notes file* *grumbles about incompatable types of windows* [edit] Yes. Commando Joe said that in 1973. Ur, or Wolfstar said that. Because... this was the VietNam Wolfstar. Or something. And if we add an H to ghoti's name, we can pronounce it fish.[/edit]

"We're not going to stand down," Goti told the Rogue cooly, taking a fighting stance as he kept his gaze aimed at the giant stone man that stood in front of the three of them. "This is for the fate of the whole universe. We can't let anyone get ahold of the Time Matrix. I'm sorry if you can't see our reasoning, but if you will not let us by, we are going to have to fight you."
<Then this battle can not be averted> the Rogue responded as it slammed its massive stone fist down on Goti. Goti brought his arms up to catch the large fist, feeling the ground beneath his feet crack as his body was rocked by the blow dealt to him. He did not give though, and even managed to push the fist away.
Lifting off from the ground, Goti rose into the air and kicked the Rogue solidly in the chest, but was unable to stop the hulking stone figure from swatting him out of the sky with the other large hand. Goti smashed into the ground and skidded across the stone. He stood up slowly, rubbing the point of impact. "That didn't feel to nice," he muttered as he gathered his strength. With a flash of green light, Goti made the move from his normal form into that of a Chaotic, his hair thrust into the air and his entire body taking on a green tinge. "I feel like I've been kind of useless lately," Goti told the other two, "so please let me handle this. Besides, I'm willing to bet there are going to be plenty of goodies for you two in Seru-Kai."

"Cyba... never came back after the wish," Pahn told the cyborg, keeping her voice level as she spoke. "I am almost certain he was revived, but he must have some plan that pulled his attention away."
"It does not really matter though," Anoreha picked up after Pahn. "We took care of them without Cyba or Trunks."
"Yeah, and those guys weren't anywhere near pushovers," Alex interjected. "Then his face took on a slight frown as he thought for a second. "If only we had all united before the Hermalyans gained a strong hold here on Earth... think of all the tragedies we could have averted."
"This battle isn't over yet," Pahn told them as she rubbed out a sore spot on her right shoulder. "We may have defeated the Three Stooges just now, but they came from somewhere. I'm willing to bet the huge, overbearing energy we feel has something to do with it too. I don't think I can Instant Transmission there with that oppressive force blocking the way either."
"Keep trying," Anoreha told her, putting a hand on her other shoulder as a friendly gesture. "We may be needed there, and soon." Pahn nodded slightly, then closed her eyes to concentrate on the area surrounding the power signature.
"In the meantime, we have another problem to deal with," Alex added. "We have another presence here on Earth from an organization known as the UAE, if I am not mistaken. We've got a guy at the Resistance base that has more than enough experience with their type, and I get the feeling he would gladly help us out."
"Either way, we can use as many allies as we can get," Videl told them. "Personally, I think it is worth some investigation."

"We probably shouldn't waste too much time here," Gohan said as he watched Calcutro fly off to inform the people of what had transpired. "We need to get to Klidore where we can be useful. Can you two take us there?"
"Yeah, just point us in the right direction," Rani said as the two twins clasped hands to prepare for the teleportation.
Miliardo gave a slight bark of a laugh. "You mean you can't feel it? That massive force halfway across the galaxy... that's Terra Dax on Klidore. I doubt you're going to have much luck with a teleportation to Klidore until Terra Dax is defeated."
"He's right," Liquaro told them all as his eyes fluttered back open after a brief moment of concentration. "That's just too much energy in one place to force our way through. We could probably manage to go to the closest planet, but I doubt that would do us much good since we can't exactly fly through space."
"Speak for yourself," Miliardo said with a smirk. "Klidorian technology. Although it doesn't project very well. It is only made to transport one person, so using it for all of us might be impossible."
"If you two can get us close, I can manage the rest," Kone spoke up.
"Alright, let's not waste any more time then," Gohan replied. Liquaro and Rani reached out with their senses in an effort to pinpoint the closest habitable planet and managed to get a fix on one very nearby. Space distorted as the band of warriors traveled nearly instantaneously to the planet that was in an oribital pattern that took it very near Klidore.

"Did I just see that correctly?" Trunks asked right before he leapt out to grab Shairo.
"If you mean that other guy turning into a snake and biting Terra Dax, then yeah... you definately saw it," Atomic Blast Man replied, his voice hinting at astonishment. "Hey, we still have to get that guy out of there... I'll give you some cover fire." Trunks nodded and jumped out, flying low to the ground and grabbing Shairo as gently as he could without sacrificing speed. He also reached out and grasped the king cobra by the tail, hoping it wouldn't turn around and bite him in the arm.
Just as Trunks flew out behind Terra Dax, he was struck by the beast's tail, throwing all three of them left and toward a stone pillar. Trunks crashed through the pillar, averting any further damage to Shairo or At.
"Atomic Blast!" A beam of red energy raced out from the super hero's palm, striking Terra Dax in the leg near the bite wound. The temple echoed with a furious roar as Terra Dax dropped back, crushing one of the priests with his tail.
"I think we've found ourselves a weakness," Trunks muttered as he pulled himself up out of the rubble of the stone pillar. "Thanks to you, that is," he added, looking at the cobra that sat on the ground next to Shairo.

<It'll move beyond his leg with enough time,> At added, <But I don't know if we can wait that long.> Shairo kept his energy circulating through his body, trying to keep himself from losing consciousness just yet.
"How long will it take you to get into Buu form?" he asked At.
<From here... a couple of minutes,> At answered, <Maybe less than one minute if we're lucky.>
"There are two powerful warriors slightly out of commission," Shairo reminded him, "If you can use Buu's powers to get them back on their feet, we can make our advantage a lot bigger." The Cobra coiled up into the shadow of the nearby pillar, hoping to avoid interference as he went through the transformation back to his human form.
*****
Umm... once again it fell apart, but yeah... I figure if we can get Yabu and Tratz back at full, we should have at least more to work with?
And... what the heck to do with Earth... o.o.

"I think it'd be a good idea to stop at the Alliance base either way," Goten said, "We need some place a little less open to recover." "Didn't the UAE interfere in Aro's battle?" Kejek chimed in, "That means they were watching, and my bet is that they're probably watching us right now. Can we use instant transmission to get inside?" "The shields are probably up," Goten answered, "The staff was aware of the fighting that we just finished up, and they'll probably wait a few minutes to turn them off, and that's if they don't notice the UAA. ... E." "Why don't we split up?" Kairin suggested, "Get in close, and then break into groups so they can't tell who's going where?" "And if they decide to attack," Shaoten countered, "They can pick us off more easily." "I think if Dende stays in contact with me," Kejek said, "I can probably do some appearating to clear that up. And doesn't Pan know instant transmission?" "So we'd go in two groups?" Kyu asked. "More groups would be more effective," Elohssa pointed out, "If there are only two, then the enemy can determine that one of us is going the right way. But if there are three or four groups, we'd be able to throw them off more before regrouping at the entrance." "We'd be really vulnerable to an ambush then," Shaoten protested. "It'd be better to put a couple of us at risk than the resistance base," Kairin pointed out, "And we have a couple means of escape if necessary." "And we'll need subtle means of communication," Kejek added, "Unless I missed something, most of us aren't telepathic, and we don't have consistent communicators." He reached into his pocket and pulled out three gold coins that looked like they might still be usable as money somewhere in the world that wasn't ruined by the Hermalyan invasion. "Kairin, do you have yours with you?" "No," Kairin answered, "I'm pretty sure it's still at Liquaro and Rani's house." "Well, we probably won't need it for this. We need to hurry though." He looked to the rest of the group. "We need to decide how we're going to split up." "We need an even distribution of power," Elohssa said, "And teams that have worked together before would be safer if things get bad." "All right," Shaoten said, "I think Kyu and I should be with you then." "Someone that can move quickly should be with Dende," Goten suggested, "Not to be insulting, but we need to keep the guardian alive, and that means we need a quick escape." "I'll cover Dende," Pahn offered. "I'll go with them," Videl added. "So I guess that leaves us," Alex said, moving so that he was in the middle of the not-quite-identifiable polygon formed by Kejek, Kairin, Goten and Anoreha. "Ok," Goten said, "So I think I'll go with Alex... so who's the group of two?" "I think I'll go with you," Anoreha said, stepping toward Alex and Goten. "All right," Kejek said, raising his wand to levitate the three coins, "You can keep track of us if you have to, right Dende?" "That's my job," the guardian answered. "All right," Kejek said, moving his wand and sending one coin toward Alex's group, and another toward Elohssa's group. "Keep them somewhere you can feel them," Kejek instructed, "They'll heat up if there's a signal. Check the serial numbers; those will change into the message. And if you need to signal back... running some ki through it will probably work, even though you can't change the message. So if there aren't any questions, we should get going." **** Ugh, this post is long and boring. I'll continue here in my next post... I guess this is a not-bad place for a chapter break from a literary standpoint? (not a suspense standpoint. .).

With Goten helping Kejek into the air, the group was off, quickly reaching the general area of the resistance base. They approached from the northeast, keeping their path off by a broad angle as to avoid suggesting a clear enough direction for the UAE to follow. Once they were within a couple miles of the area, they hit the ground and split up: Elohssa, Kyu and Shaoten headed to the north, farthest from the base; Goten, Anoreha and Alex down the middle, passing a little to the north of the entrance; Pahn, Dende and Videl heading just slightly to the south, their path easily running in sight of the boulder that covered the entrance; and Kairin and Kejek headed southwest, around the mountain that stood to the south of the entrance. The plan was simple enough: draw attention away from the actual location of the entrance without making it too obvious, and to eventually have one or two groups draw more attention so the others could slip away and get inside. The plan wasn't a waste, for they were indeed being watched. The view on the Dark Fortress had zoomed out to the point that separate scanners had to be locked on to each group, resulting in blips on the map of the landscape rather than any identifiable images. "Perhaps I was eager to attack," Darkonda said as he observed the map, "But now they are aware of us. Unfortunately for them, they've already simplified our work by dividing themselves." "They had to be aware of the risks," Ecliptor countered, "But they have still given us an advantage in combat. Wherever they're going, they don't want us to get there, and we won't if we destroy all of them. We should make this a stealth operation, and withdraw after hitting one or two of their groups." "I knew we could agree on something," Darkonda said with a sort of bored amusement, "Now... how to begin. We have the smaller group, the one with the green being..." "If we scramble the troops," Ecliptor said, "We can easily strike in secrecy; we should position quantrons around the mountain. If necessary we can hold back the northmost groups with velocifighters; we shouldn't send too many troops for this mission if it can be avoided." "Yes," Darkonda agreed, "And it would be better if we were to accompany them. But someone must remain here. Ah, who should go into battle..." "Be quiet," Ecliptor snapped, "I'm more than happy to go on this mission if it means getting farther from you." ***** OOC: So much more to do... so little... able to do it...

OOC: Meh, I don't think this will turn out well, but it should give us something to do... Sorta... *** "Finster!" Lord Zedd called as he approached the desolate area near to the palace, "How much longer is it going to take?" "Only a few minutes, Lord Zedd," the pointy-eared pale-furred creature answered, "All of the pieces are nearly gathered and will be ready for transportation in no time." "I hope there are no problems," Lord Zedd said, "That slithering bounty hunter Darkonda has taken control of Dark Specter's forces and is seeking an attack on Earth. I don't want him interfering in my plans!" "Zeddy!" Finster and Lord Zedd both turned toward the palace, where a witch-like humanoid with horn-like haircones on her head was standing, looking perplexed. "What is it, Rita?" Zedd demanded. "It looks like that green guy with those human punks is a Namek," the woman answered, "And it looks like he's the same guardian that was here last time we were around." "Why is that important?" Zedd snapped, "The Earth's guardian didn't stand up to us before." "Look for yourself," Rita said. Zedd emitted a low groan of annoyance and looked up into the lunar sky at the waxing crescent image of the Earth. He didn't need to activate his extended vision to sense what was happening, but he wanted to confirm his suspicions. Sure enough, the team of warriors were on the move. They had split up, most likely aware of Darkonda's eagerness to attack them. Zedd wasn't surprised when he picked up on Darkonda, Ecliptor, and around twenty quantrons in the mountains nearby, spread out for a chance to strike. He also realized what Rita was warning him of--Darkonda and around eight quantrons poised to launch an attack on the Namekian and his two companions. "As convenient as it would be to leave the Earth without a guardian," Zedd said once he had taken in the situation, "That green elf is more useful to us alive. Goldar!" The blue-faced, black-winged warrior in gold armor flew from the nearby palace, hovering closer to Lord Zedd. "Yes, my lord?" "See to it that Darkonda doesn't harm the Earth's guardian," Zedd instructed, "And if you can capture the Namek in the process, all the better!" "It will be done, Lord Zedd," Goldar answered before flying toward the Earth. ***** OOC: My scenes are too long. Seriously... that was too much with too little happening. I'm almost done... then it's Wolfstar's turn with Earth. *** "The senses of these earthlings are astounding," Darkonda mused, letting his shortsword rest against a boulder as the group of quantrons around him stood at the ready, "But we can still manage a sneak attack." He looked to the quantrons. "Make sure that they are blocked on all sides. Move only on my command." Pahn, Dende and Videl were indeed surrounded, although Darkonda's forces were doing an excellent job of keeping that fact a secret. The presence of the quantrons, Darkonda and Ecliptor were easily detectable, but they were able to keep their locations hidden well enough to prepare for an attack. "We should stop here," Dende suggested, "Going any further won't help us." Darkonda took Dende's words as a sign that the opportunity for a surprise attack was slipping away, so he raised his sword, prompting the quantrons to leap from concealment to attack the three heroes. Darkonda stepped out of the shadows, raising his sword to aim at the group. While they reacted to the advancing quantrons, he aimed a hand at Dende, green tentacles of light forming around his arm. Before he could attack, however, he was hit by a burst of fiery energy from above. "So, Lord Zedd decided to oppose me after all," Darkonda said as Goldar landed a few feet away. "Lord Zedd wants the Namek left alive," Goldar stated. *** Ooc: Bad cutoff, but what else is new? I couldn't keep going without giving Wolfstar a chance to respond; since Goldar interfered, I don't see this fight lasting long, and Pahn can always instant transmission them out of there (it'd be the perfect time to make for the entrance of the base since Darkonda is distracted). But what happens is up to you. Quantrons, because I'm not the master of describing these ... peoples...Holycrap English Countdown to Destruction is back on youtube! With... too-high pitch.

OOC: I've been doing a lot of thinking on GU over the course of the day and I've come up with something that could allow for a bit of a slowdown with the Esrevni stuff... but it will require us to basically abandon everyone in that situation until we decide to progress it (and will require Hari to be available too). If that's acceptable, let me know. It's going to take a few posts to set up too, but I think I can do it without too much trouble.
***
"These enemies just seem to be raining down on us lately..." Pahn muttered as she took a fighting stance. The eight identical creatures that looked like a cross between robots and astronauts spread out in a semi-circle around the three earthlings, preparing to attack at a moment's notice.
"Not just the metal-heads, we've got others too," Videl pointed out. "Can we take that alien guy and the blue monkey with the golden armor too?"
"It seems kind of iffy to me, mother." Pahn's eyes scanned the area swiftly, searching for anything that could give an advantage. "I don't think those two are on the same side though. Maybe we should just get out of here."
Dende was about to agree before he sensed a swift movement behind the line of quantrons. It wasn't anything visible at first, until space and light began to bend around the outline of a Hermalyan. The figure did not stay in that location for much more than a fraction of a second before moving on, but Dende was sure that he was the only one that noticed at all. "Yes, let them bicker while we regroup with the others. I don't think our enemy's enemy is our friend this time... not any of them." Dende placed a green hand on Pahn's shoulder as Videl grabbed on to her daughter's arm. Pahn lightly touched her forehead with the tips of two fingers and focused on her intended destination.
The trio blinked out of the scene before the quantrons could react. Pahn did not teleport them to the entrance of the base fearing that the slight spike in her energy from the instant transmission would be enough to give them away, but she did land them close by. "We better hurry," she told her companions. "I don't know if they will stand around to argue if they notice we're gone."

OOC: I'm not sure what to post for now... but some things may happen soonish. Meh, I can see some things happening in Esrevni that might slow it down without requiring abandonment, but I don't know how it compares to what you have in mind... so... umm... Meh?
And... I go to plan...
And I've decided that since we can do creative multimedia stuff for the final in Japanese, a solid demo of the GU game with multiple language tracks would be awesome.. I did an outline for the storymodes of the non-hidden characters over the past couple days, and... I'm pretty sure I'll need help on some things, particularly figuring out what to do with the graphics. So... I'm going to go make sure the dog doesn't run into the street.
