[Wolfstar]

Seru-Kai was a world of lights, inhabited by the spiritual form of the Seru creatures. Bardock tried to reach out with his extra sense, the one he gained from the Sim-Seru Emporer Cort had placed on him, but the Seru still seemed resistant to his commands. He still couldn't help feeling that someone was close by... something ominous, yet hidden...

<We're almost there,> Meta told the group as they entered a tunnel that seemed composed completely of the spirits of young Seru, the ground below them a glowing walkway, pulsing with their steps like ripples on the water.

"That great warmth up ahead... is that the Grand Genesis Tree?" Goti asked, a smile nearing euphoric spreading on his face. It truly did feel like bliss, Bardock realized, although the part of him not tied to the Seru contamination could not detect it. In this world free from the Mist, the Genesis Trees were heavenly, even to the Seru. Bardock could not help but grin too.

<Yes,> Palma replied, softly glowing blue on Goti's arm. <It is a life force to the Ra-Seru and a balance against the maddening Mist to the Seru as well. Glorious... gloriously wonderful...>

As they left the tunnel, they could see the Genesis Tree partially bloomed. It was much larger than the ones on Legaia, and the light so much brighter. The trio nearly had to look away from it. Bardock nearly did, until he spotted the large, off-white sphere nestled in it's branches.

"The Time Matrix..." he whispered, the awe from the device eclipsing what he felt over seeing the Grand Genesis Tree.

Vahn ran a hand through his hair while Goti brought his hand up to rub his chin. "Now what to do with it?" Vahn asked as he looked up at the device.

"Now, you hand it over to me..." Songi said with a laugh as he jumped over the three of them toward the Time Matrix. "It's mine now!"

[Gotenks]

Gotenks couldn't help but laugh at Krysalor's attempts to harm him. The stage of Super Saiyan Three may have been less spectacular than Krysalor's transformation, but it gave Gotenks the edge in strength and speed he needed to take on this guy without overpowering him too much. After all, being too strong would have made the battle a waste of his time. The almost dead even of their abilities would make things exciting.

"So what are you waiting for now?" Krysalor's last attempt at attack had been hardly anything worth noting. "Don't tell me I've scared you too much. If so, then I'll just have to be the one to make the blows."

True to his word, Gotenks rushed at Krysalor with unimaginable speed, catching his opponent off guard. This gave Gotenks the opportunity he needed, and in no time, the formerly fused warrior was wailing on Krysalor with every strike he could think of at such short notice. Krysalor seemed to be stupefied by the barrage, but eventually managed to escape the onslaught.

Gotenks smirked as Krysalor quickly moved farther away from him, "I hope you're not trying to run away from me. I'd really hate for you to be chickening out on me, because, once I've started, I won't stop until either you or I are dead."

Hmm... I kind of rushed this.

~:Did anyone catch that?:~ one of the officers asked, still confused by the energy that was confusing his senses and the attempt to speak to the others in the chamber.

~:It wasn't a language native to this galaxy,:~ another answered, ~:If I heard right, one stated he would continue this violence until someone is dead.:~

~:All right,:~ the team's leader said, ~:Put up chem-shields and fire universal knockout into the area above. Stand by with blasters in the event of failure.:~ One of the agents complied by putting his hand to his chest and pulling it away with a greenish-white crystal. He loaded it into his weapon and aimed toward the irradic light somewhere in the area above the prison and pulled the trigger, firing the crystal into the air.

OOC: Awwe, that wasn't a fun plot twist... but that's what they'd do. . So yeah, there's some powerful knockout gas coming the way of the battle, though whether or not anyone can notice or respond is up to you guys. I guess one of the saiyans would be fast enough to catch it before it was released... Yeah... I'll be quiet now.

And yes, this is where the Gotenks/Krysalor fight is taking place.

"You have all of the pieces?" Adam asked upon hearing the crack that announced the return of Kejek, Kyu and Shaoten.

"If you've got the other two." The eyes of more than one person in the chamber fell on the fourth person that had appeared.

"... Tommy? You're alive, huh?"

"Mostly," the man answered, pulling a dufflebag in front of him, "And something tells me a lot of people will get to say the same thing for a while longer."

"It's over," Dende said, opening his eyes.

"Huh?" Shaoten asked, looking toward the guardian, "What's over? ... And I guess everyone left already..."

"The battle," Dende explained, "The Hermalyans and Zedd's forces stayed pretty even, but the leader of Zedd's forces managed to get what they came for during the chaos and left."

"Do we have any idea what they were after?" Adam asked.

"I guess it could be a few things," Tommy said.

"I think Zedd was trying to avoid jumping into things," Dende continued, "Whatever it was must be very valuable to go up against a Hermalyan platoon."

"What about this crystal?" Kyu interrupted, "It's worth something to us, I hope?"

"It sure is," Tommy said, unzipping the bag, "Adam, you still have that device to put them back together?"

"Yes," Adam answered. Tommy reached into the bag and pulled out three peculiarly-shaped pieces of crystal. Adam came forward as the others formed a circle around them. Aaam brought out two other crystals, placing them with Tommy's. There was a sudden storm of light filling the chamber as members of the alliance all throughout the area made sounds of acknowledgement. When the light show was done, Tommy was holding a silverish white crystal that was giving off a powerful white light.

"All right!" Tommy said in triumph, "Now who's up for cleaning up the mess the Hermalyan Empire left on Earth?" A resounding cheer rose from those in the chamber, and many elsewhere in the Freedom Fighter Alliance base were heading for the area to see the source of the commotion.


But someone else was much less celebratory at the reconstruction of the crystal. On the balcony of the moon Palace, Rita Repulsa was beating her staff against the wall in irritation.

"That's the last person we need joining up with those super powered brats!" she whined. "Finster!" Finster was still down on the surface of the moon, now flanked by a pair of dark, feathered creatures with humanoid builds and wings, but Rita's voice carried very well despite the Moon's relative lack of air.

"Yes, my queen?" Finster said, turning to face the palace.

"Has Scorpina come back with that last piece yet?"

"Yes, my queen," Finster answered, "We now need only a few minutes for the power to stabelize, and Serpentera will be ready to fly. I must warn however that we won't have enough power to fight just yet."

"We'd better hurry and charge, then," Rita said, tapping her staff against the balcony railing, "It looks like our favorite has-been is back in town with the Zeo Crystal!"

"Is there a problem?" Goldar landed on the balcony beside Rita, resting his sword against a wall.

"Is Tommy joining with an alliance of goody-two-shoes and handing them the Zeo Crystal a problem?" Rita snapped.

"I will inform Lord Zedd of this turn of events," Goldar said, picking up his sword and walking into the palace.

OOC: I'm not sure how you're going to move the others on Klidore, Wolfstar, but I get the feeling I'll need a couple of my people for this post, so I'll see if I can do this without screwing up anything.

Rani found himself looking up into the Klidorian sky, bearly able to move. All of the fighting had taken a lot of energy, and the recent collisions did nothing to replenish it.

Struggling to sit up, Rani sought out Liquaro's ki, but there were too many powerful forces nearby and he was too low on energy to make sense of anything just yet.


Liquaro struggled to raise a hand, catching nothing but air. His vision was still adjusting, though he could tell that he was stuck on his back and felt closed to paralyzed.

When finally his vision cleared, Liquaro took note of an image that seemed very familiar to him, all be it he didn't feel sand beneath him or salt water burning his lungs.

"Liquaro?" Kairin grabbed his hand before it could fall again, kneeling beside him, "You all right?"

"... Don't know..." Liquaro managed to say, still struggling to move.

"I do hope you didn't get separated from Rani and nearly killed in a tsunami again," Kairin said, holding a capsule with the Capsule Corp logo on the side in his free hand.

"Rani..." Liquaro echoed, trying harder to push himself off of the ground with his other hand, "Is he... where is he?"

"He's a hundred yards or so from here," Kairin answered, "So I'd better throw this that way." He pushed the button on the capsule and threw it. A resonating "BON" broke the chilling ambience of the area as the capsule was replaced with a white briefcase bearing red lettering. Kairin was quickly there, opening the case and pulling out a thin bottle.

"The base is out of senzu beans," Kairin said, "And Shairo used his last one to save Gotenks and Goton in the past. So we're stuck with this... though it's not a human invention from the looks of it, so maybe it'll help?" Kairin gave the bottle to Liquaro and a thick indigo liquid came from it, managing to pass Liquaro's lips. Liquaro managed to sit up pretty instantly, nose crinkling as he handed the bottle back to Kairin.

"That's enough," He said, "Are you sure it's not a human invention? I haven't found much Earthly medicine that's better. Never mind how it works on me..."

"One of the aliens at the Base must have brought it," Kairin said, "The kit they gave us is supposedly filled with the best that they have." Kairin and Liquaro took the bottle and the brief case and walked swiftly to Rani, who was up on his elbows, looking a bit distastefully at what was being carried.

"Just like old times, huh?" Kairin said, setting down the case.

"Old times didn't have alien medicine," Rani answered, but he took the liquid anyway and was quickly on his feet as well.

"So how'd you get here?" Rani asked.

"Pan teleported Elohssa, Goten, Anoreha and me," Kairin answered, "I think they're going to deal with the final boss right now."

"So what happened on Earth?" Liquaro asked, "I can sense Yabu and Trunks here too..."

"Bad guys attacked. We won. Nothing new. ... well, until the yasha-tabe came back."

"Mogayu?" Rani's eyes opened in alarm.

"You know it?"

"In the castle of the mists," Liquaro explained, "A blue guy with the Emperor's staff let a Yasha-tabe loose on us just before we came back to Earth."

"So, you think you could recognize its ki?" Kairin asked.

"Maybe," rani answered, "But I can't feel it out here."

"It might be weaker," Kairin explained, "Long story short, Katar gave it a nice wound, but the attack backfired and Katar was caught and the Dragon's past lunch revived the United Alliance of Evil on Earth. Oh, and Lord Zedd is back, too."

"So why can't we use Katar's ki to find them?" Liquaro wondered, "Unless..." Kairin nodded, his face turning grave.

"But someone at the base told me about something that might be able to get her out. We just have to hope that Katar is good enough to hold out until we can find it."

Ok, so pretty much everything I changed involved Wolfstar's characters. . I'm not really sure where the other new characters fit yet since they haven't done much of the actiony variety... so... yeah.
And, umm, if the second Gohan is without any of the rings... the Buu saga would suggest him a tier higher?

And I'm considering consolidating the sub-SSJ tier into one, but I guess then we lose some distinctions there. Though one will note that the tiers seem to go SSJ5, SSJ4, SSJπ, SSJ3, SSJ2, SSJ, and progressively lower... Heh... I don't remember why I thought of that, probably because of the WG or something.

Hmm. I think for now I'm stuck. Maybe I'll post again for Esrevni if no one else does some time next week.

I'm considering throwing something else at Earth that might give us some momentum once the Klidore and Esrevni action reaches resolution-esque turning points... but I'm not so sure I like said idea. So... *whistles* not my turn...

"That power source... it's incredible..." the man in the Cloak muttered as the five fragments of the Zeo Crystal were assembled. "Flayk, time to move."

"Finally!" the former Hermalyan replied as he sat up quickly, excitement playing on his face. "What's on the menu, boss?"

"That crystal," he answered simply. His brow furrowed under his dark cloak as he dumped all his resources into tracking it after it had vanished. "It's being shielded from my senses so I can't be entirely sure where it is at, but that outburst of power tells me it is vaguely in that direction."

Flayk smirked again. "I know where they are..."

"Two incoming powerlevels, moving fast!" a man at one of the computer counsols shouted as he put the Resistance Base under high alert. "I don't recognize the signatures as friendlies!"

"Battle stations, everyone!" Alex called out over the sirens. He looked over to the group that had assembled with them over the last several days. "You guys ready for another battle? I doubt we have much of a choice in the matter, unless I'm highly mistaken..."

Just then, an explosion rocked the base. Alex thought for sure that the mountain would cave in, but the shields held, miraculously. "Damage report!" Alex demanded.

"Shields won't take another hit like that," the man replied frantically. Armored Emiemarcs and Draetonics marched by, each drawing in energy as they fanned out along the main entrance chamber.

"Hold the line, no matter what! The enemy can not be allowed in, no matter what!" the commander, a Draetonic, yelled over the commotion, the short fin-like protrusions behind his ears standing on end in agitation. Alex nearly shuddered. If Heldlin was near panic, the front line would collapse.

Another blast shook the facility much more violently. Alex was sure the shield was down, sure of that before he even realized he was on the ground, as were many of his comrades. He pulled himself up, shouting orders left and right as one of the commanding officers of the Resistance Base present at the time. A screach signalled the false boulder that hid the entrance being stripped away, just before a third blast shattered the heavy metal doors behind it, raining debris and creating clouds of smoke to obscure the gaping hole.

For the first time, an enemy had infultrated the Resistance Base. It was time to see if years of training would do any good.

Heldlin was thrown across the entrance chamber, even though Alex could not spot an attacker. Within moments, three more of the assembled warriors crashed to the ground without having the chance to put up much of a fight.

"That's the weaker one..." Alex gasped as he shifted his gaze over to the cloud of smoke. A black-clad figure walked casually from the cloud, nothing visible of his face except for the tip of his pointed chin. "He... he is way beyond the invisible one... we can't take him..." He gathered his courage, remembering that he was one of the few that could rally the soldiers. "What do you want? Why are you attacking us?"

"I want the crystal," the cloaked one replied. "I don't want to hurt you, but I need that power source. I will call Flayk off and leave if you hand it to me, and I will never darken this place with my presense ever again if you comply."

[Wolfstar]

The massive sword cut through the air in a tight arc, threatening to sever Gohan's head. The Elemental Ring of Metal served to save Gohan as he summoned a shield to protect him from the savage slash. The blow was still jarring, and Gohan was very tired.

'Can't stop now...' he thought as he called on air at the same time to catch Clidax up in a cyclone. Sneaking past the confused Klidorian's defenses, Gohan put all the strength he had into hitting Clidax with a powerful uppercut... but it didn't seem to do anything.

"It's over," Clidax sneered as he pulled the sword back to run Gohan through with the blade. Gohan's eyes widened as he saw the sword approaching, with nothing left to do to avoid death.

A golden blur was his saving grace. He realized the figure took the form of a woman after a leg struck Clidax on his left side, knocking him through one of the solid stone walls. His daughter Pahn. Through the fatigue, it took him surprisingly long to notice it was his daughter.

"Leave it to me, Dad," Pahn told him without even looking back. "You've trained me well these last few years."

"I'm sure I don't have to tell you to be careful," Gohan replied, his voice low. Anoreha landed behind him, and he thought he felt others coming in close after her as well. 'She'll be fine,' he thought. 'She's ready, like she said.'
