OOC: Hee, I thought of something sometime in the past 24 hours that could have made the tower battle go on a little longer, but what you did there turned out awesome without it! 'course, now the people at the temple are in danger of biting the dust. So here I go with some insane wreckless non-working stuff.
**********
Shairo's lip was bleeding long before he knew that his teeth had penched it beyond breaking. At seemed to be struggling not to shout from the pain that the sudden liftoff had put on the arm by which he had been pulled, but he was unharmed.
Though Clidax rushing at them in a blur too fast to track was enough to detract from the long-unnumbered escape.
Yabu took the challenge head on and thrust out his fists as he dove in front of the others, a thin shield of energy exploding out from him in time to prevent the ensuing connection with Clidax's charge from causing severe damage. Still, Yabu's efforts did nothing but buy the others half a second as he was forced back, though he seemed unharmed.
A foot connected with Clidax's back, though it had no effect. It did gain the notice of those in the air, though, and for a moment all eyes were on the attacker.
"Shairo," Kairin said, the resolve in his face bearly masking the uneasiness that seemed to keep him off the ground, "Fly away. Liquaro and Rani are on the ground. Take At and go to them; hopefully they can get you back to Earth before this gets out of hand." He then drew out the quad blade and glared at Clidax. "The combined power of some here might be enough for you, but I know I can't land a spec of dust on your armor. Playing the hero usually doesn't work out for me, but I won't let you get that close to harming my family again, even if it means I have to die. Though, if you'd like to show mercy... I'm willing to stand down."
*****
OOC: I'm assuming "out there" is supposed to be "out of there". *thinks having Kairin attack Clidax was really stupid*.
*****
"Form a circle around me," Kone shouted, helping Gohan to stand, "And quickly." She held up her arms as an ambient shimmer formed a dome over the balcony. "We're going too fast to land safely, but if we leave now, we should be able to control our descent..."
****
OOC: Meh. *sigh*. Aren't Morlagan, Fralagan, and Miliardo still on the balcony as well?

OOC: Oh s***! I forgot about Miliardo being there... meep.
And Pahn can Instant Transmission, but... erm... well, Kone is already ready. Or... this works too, I think.
***
"Don't worry about landing, just get us in the air and out of here," Gohan told her. "We've got plenty of fliers here to figure out a landing. Once we've cleared the Tower, everyone grab a non-flying friend, if there even are any." Gohan's voice was worn. His energy was next to exhausted and even his thought patterns were showing it. "Pahn, can you grab him and Instant Transmission him to safety?" he asked as he motioned toward Miliardo.
Pahn nodded as she swiftly scooped up Miliardo and teleported away.
***
OOC: Erm... yeah...

And the plot continuith...
*****
"I'll get us to the area between the tower and the temple," Kone anounced. Then the shimmering in the surrounding space became more of a dome of light, and in one swirl of nameless colors, the group was away from the tower, drifting in the air just above the ground a distance from the crater that had been the temple of Terra Dax moments earlier.

*thinks if Cajones is still online, he should sign on to MSN for GU discussion time*
[edit] yeah... uh... the twins weren't there anyways, so I'm gonna fix my post.

OOC: three are mentioned, but Miliardo is the one scooped up. ... ... and I find it somehow ironic that there's only one character in Bleech with a sound-based attack (who happens to be evil), while in my Bleech dream I used a sound-based technique. And... umm... Yeah... that had nothing to do with anything, so...
... Oh my! It just occured to me that since Hell is getting filled up crazily, it wouldn't be too far-fetched to see Janemba ... ... well ok, Janemba was centuries of evil, including the destruction of several planets, so maybe not.

OOC: And in getting wavepad to record from the computer directly, I decided to play with the soundtest from the never-to-be-completed GU game and record certain scenes (sans dialogue? ). So I did Cyba Vs Cort final round, Kairin and Elohssa Vs FSF, the entire TerraDax sequence (Yah, that wound up missing lots of stuff and therefore not matching the original at all... ), and the events around the Hermalyan-Putty fight, which also turned out a poor adaptation. And.. umm... yeah. I have no idea what to post. o.o. Unless I should try a couple other things on Klidore.

Pahn arrived near the other heroes and quickly made her way over to them, leaving Miliardo with Gohan.
"Go," he told her weakly as he prepared to set down on the ground. "Go to the Temple of Terra Dax and stop Clidax from harming the others."
Without response, Pahn's gold-flickering aura flared up once more as she made for the temple at her maximum speed.
***
Clidax's backhand attack hit Kairin with a devastating force that flung him across the cratered ruins of the Temple of Terra Dax. Trunks reached out swiftly to catch the young man, preventing an impact with a sharp remnant of a former pillar of the temple.
"You didn't need to go that far, Clidax," Trunks hissed as he set Kairin back on his feet. "We're too weak to pose any real threat to you at the moment."
"It is difficult to avoid stepping on ants, sometimes," Clidax responded shortly as he turned to face them. "Unless I am to understand that as a surrender?"
"I wouldn't be my father's son if I did something like that," Trunks said with a small grin, wishing his comrade Cyba were there, with all his confidence and wise-cracks.
Clidax vanished from sight for a moment before he slammed the heel of his foot into Trunks's right cheek, embedding him in the crater. "Then expect much of the same. I had no intention of killing any of you unless orders came from Loki to do so, yet now I regret not terminating you ants sooner." His voice was very level, nearly emotionless.
"There will be no killing today, Clidax," Pahn shouted down from the lip of the crater. "Trunks, you okay?" The lavender-haired Half-Saiyan dislodged himself from the ground, giving Pahn a slight nod as he dusted himself off. "Good. I need you to get out of here with anyone that's too injured to get out themselves."
Trunks opened his mouth to argue, but closed it before protesting. He moved to Atomic Blast Man's side. "Need help?" he asked the energy-drained man, who shook his head to indicate no. Pahn and Clidax had already began to clash before they had a chance to leave.
***
OOC: I'm not sure if you want to get any of your characters out of there with Trunks and ABM, but if you do, puppeteer away. Also, feel free to have Goten drop in and join the fight at any time... I think it would be kinda cool to have Pahn and Goten be the victors this time, if that's cool with you.

OOC: *wonders where Anoreha and ... wait... * *wonders where Anoreha is*. Yes, Pan and GOten need to do some owning, though I think Yabu and Elohssa are in good enough condition to lend a hand, seeing as Yabu and ABM were probably the least drained from the TerraDax battle. Still looks kinda hopeless even with all of that, though. but when has that stopped people that know how to kick awesome before? At present I'm not really sure of what I can do. Umm... I guess I can do this. ********** Yabu gave a jerk of his head toward Trunks to indicate that he would stay behind. He kept his eyes on Pahn and Clidax, catching sight of Goten as he flew in near them. Elohssa then descended from above to land beside Yabu, his new black components blending in with the shadows of the crater despite the glaring pink-red that was his hair. "While we have the chance," Yabu said, "Briefly explain your new look." "The Nou-anise," Elohssa answered, "They live in a city under the RDF base. They found me when I took Frozti the Snow Freak down there, and made repairs. I also got one of their zero-energy weapons in the process." Elsewhere in the ruins, Liquaro and Rani had wandered in, picking up At and Shairo and moving for the edge of the area. Kone was appearing near Kairin, pulling him toward the twins and the others. ******* OOC: And I've got to run. And probably won't be back for ... a while.

Pahn and Clidax continued to clash repeatedly with Pahn's agility coming into play as a huge advantage against Clidax's sword attacks. The sword proved to be little more than dead weight in his hands as she maneuvered above and below his savage strikes, only being caught by his occasional spikes of raw energy he used to manipulate her movements. Still, Pahn was nowhere near beating her foe, which was why she was glad when Goten entered the fray beside her once again.
"If it's not one jerk, it's always another, isn't it?" he asked as he used an energy blast to push the sword away from his face, also throwing Clidax off balance and allowing Pahn to kick the man firmly in the chest, tossing him into the air.
"If we keep him up there, I think we'll have the advantage," she told Goten. "He seems to be better suited for ground combat." Goten nodded as she placed one arm on his shoulder and two fingers of the other hand to her forehead, teleporting them both directly into Clidax's path of ascent. Goten smashed the defenseless Clidax with an overhead hammer blow strike, launching him down toward the ground as Pahn rocketed below him, gathering energy quickly. She released it in a focused burst right before he smashed down upon her, tossing him back up into the air.
Pahn and Goten both rushed in to assault Clidax once more, but were cast aside as the Klidorian unleashed an impressive torrent of energy that created a raging sphere around him. "This attack should look familiar, super hero!" Clidax shouted as he condensed the inferno around him into a single point of energy at the tip of his massive sword. "It's the one that would have killed you years ago if Xain had not shown up to halt it in mid-stream." The red energy erupted from his sword, pressing down around Pahn and Goten while they struggled to regain their footing from the initial release.
In a rush of gold, Anoreha in her Legendary Super Saiyan form dropped in front of the assault, firing a counterblast at it, holding nothing back. As the attacks met, they exploded in a fury that scattered the remaining ruins of the Temple of Terra Dax. Pahn thought she could hear a faint roaring, one separate from the howl of the energies, coming from the devastated ruins, one that reminded her of the overbearing power that initially kept her from using the Instant Transmission to come to Klidore in the first place. When the fury of energy and explosions halted, Pahn was overjoyed to see that Anoreha still stood, although greatly worn out from holding off the tide. She tried to stand and join her comrade, but she could not seem to will her legs to work.
As she struggled, Clidax exploded into action, vanishing and reappearing in front of Anoreha, who was too tired to stop his sword slash from striking her. She tried to jump back, but her reflexes were too slow. "Die!" Clidax hissed as his blade struck flesh, cutting into her torso.
'Get up!' Pahn yelled in her head, but she still couldn't. 'Get up! Get up now, dammit!' Anoreha fell back, her eyes opened wide as her golden hair faded slowly to purest black. Clidax raised his sword up high, intent on finishing Anoreha off, although his face held no joy at the prospect.
A barbaric howl shattered the seeming silence as Clidax was smashed in the lower torso with a kick, Trunks appearing as the blow connected. He spared no time flinging himself into the air and drawing himself back down, stomping on Clidax with both feet and driving the pair of them into the ground, creating a crater within the crater. Still, not leaving a pause, Trunks snatched the sword from Clidax's weakened grasp, attempting to slash at the man's face, but Clidax kicked it free from Trunks in his rage. Before Trunks could strike again, Clidax blasted him, connecting the burst under his chin, which sent Trunks flying. He collapsed in a heap, only breathing shallowly.
Clidax brought himself back to his feet, but Pahn still could not make herself stand. 'Get up!' she screamed inside her head. 'He didn't hurt that much did he?

"As soon as he stops moving... Yes!" Elohssa's hands were again held out toward Clidax, waves of nearly transparent indigo pulsing outward and seeming to squeeze the very air around them. As Clidax had just gotten through dealing easy damage to two admirably powerful super saiyans, and the last bit of that had left him in one spot, the Nou-anise neutral energy field had no trouble pinning Clidax to his current point in space. The fact that Clidax was stronger than all of him only enabled the neutral energy to do him harm, and if he made any attempts to use that power, he had good chances of blowing his own limbs off.
"Go!" Elohssa commanded, "Full power, and watch your aim!" Yabu's only move of acknowledgement was that in a flash of light he'd summoned his super saiyan four powers, a red aura rising around him as streams of sparks flowed to concentrate around his fists, which were now in front of him and moving together at a single point--colinear with him and Clidax. Nearby, Tratz had taken a step forward and was likewise gathering the full of his power, aiming at Clidax from another angle.
"On three?" Yabu asked, hints of strain in his otherwise calm voice.
"Just make it quick," Elohssa answered.
With that, Yabu and Tratz both released their attacks at Clidax, the air around them seeming to ignite in response. Elohssa waited until the last possible moment to release Clidax, leaving him little opportunity to put up a defense as the converging energy attacks seemed to pierce space itself as they came for him.

OOC: Let's finish this saga! Or... at least the main action sequence for it...
***
Clidax grit his teeth as he realized he fell for the same trick twice in the form of Elohssa's neutral energy. The attack prepared and executed by Tratz and Yabu also served to further his anger, not to mention physically damage him. The smoke and debris held him virtually in a world of his own as he stood still after the attack, breathing in deep breaths as he wiped blood off his face. They couldn't repeat the process, he was sure, but he was not willing to let them try again.
A pulsing shock wave rippled from below him, radiating outward and eliciting a roar from Terra Dax, even though he held no physical form at the moment. The smokescreen instantly vanished as his power erupted violently, his regal Klidorian royal garb replaced with harsh black armor. Clidax had initiated his transformation.
"No more games," he said to no one but himself.
***
"Pahn," Anoreha croaked. "Pahn, Goten... you two have to stop him." Her next words were lost as she burst into a fit of coughing, her injury oozing more blood with the quick motions.
"We won't stand a chance if he transforms," Atomic Blast Man said wearily as he held out his hand to try and help Pahn to her feet. Using the little strength he had left, he lifted her out of the small crater her fall had created, then moved over to help Goten as well.
Pahn shook her head as they were assaulted with the intense energy signature that came from Clidax as he powered up to complete his transformation. "How... how can we beat him?"
"We pummel him from both sides," Goten said as his eyes narrowed, his gaze fixed on the surging aura around Clidax. "Hold nothing back. If this doesn't work, we're going to die anyways." Without another word, they maneuvered to either side of Clidax, each focusing all the energy they had left. 'If we can't feel anything other than him from the intensity of his power, maybe he won't be able to feel us either. He won't be prepared in the least... I hope this works...'
"Ka...Me...Ha...Me..." The battles of the last several days had been intense, but Goten was sure he and Pahn had both gotten much stronger during that time. Still, the energy tore at him, straining him to what he thought for sure was his breaking point. "Haaaaaaaaaaa!" he and Pahn both shouted in unison, even though he could not hear her over the roar of Clidax's raging aura. The two separate, yet identical attacks converged on Clidax in haste, exploding with a force that Goten was sure would crack the planet in halves.
Surprisingly, Clidax dropped his personal defenses to prevent such an event, focusing his energy on preserving the planet as opposed to protecting himself. Goten stopped pumping energy into his strike and was pleased to see that Pahn followed suit, then watched as Clidax crumpled on the ground, his unfinished transformation completely reversed. He took several steps toward the fallen ruler before a ball of fire exploded near Clidax, which promptly took the form of a man, although he still gave the impression of a great blaze barely held at bay.
"Fa-ther..." Clidax barely gasped. "You bas... bastard..."
"Now now," the man chided. "That is no way to speak to your father, son. Lucky for you, I can't let you die here." His gaze shifted from Goten to Pahn. "I must thank you, warriors. Now, I may take control of my son once more. No more of this benevolent ruler silliness from him. Next time you meet, you will face a true monster, one worthy of my lineage." In another burst of fire, they were both gone.
