Bad guys are outside the door, Captain Krysalor will be there in about 10 seconds, and once he gets there, it's going to be hard for our people to do much besides get the crap kicked out of them unless they can conjure up a decent plan... meh.

*comes up with a plan* it will probably fail, but it's a start... So yeah, I guess we need Gotenks and Goton to make with blastingness? *still isn't sure if the complex is inside a crystal or just connected through them*.
Should I just have Shadow Walker reach my group on Earth, or do you want to do something else first?

"I think we've been noticed," Shairo announced from the back of the formation.
"Now would be a good time to power up," Kejek said with some urgency, "I see them now... and ... look for yourself." Kairin's eyes quickly found the distant figure. They were still pretty far away from the approaching power, but with the speed that the figure was traveling, they scarcely had seconds to prepare.
Kairin quickly leaned forward, putting on speed to distance himself from the others, trying to gather as much energy as he could at the same time.
One hand went for his quad blade, the other coming up to guard from any sudden assaults. The dark-skinned, red-clad figure was already upon him by then, sweeping his scorpion-like tail around to catch Kairin in the side and send him flying out of control.
"Impedimente!" Shadow Walker began falling in the opposite direction as his momentum was altered by Kejek's command. At was having difficulty keeping the Thestral body hovering, but he was managing.
Kairin took the opportunity to regain enough control to unleash a large energy wave at the attacker. Though the size of the wave required both hands to catch it, it didn't seem to take much effort to throw it aside.
Kejek raised his wand for another dose of magic, but Shadow Walker sent a ball of energy to prevent him. Kejek managed to dodge the attack, but his opportunity for launching his attack was lost.
"If you would like to surrender," the Clidorian warrior announced, "Now is the time."
Below, Kairin drew his quad blade and held it so that the rising sun was reflected from it.
"We didn't come this far to surrender," he called as he started spinning the weapon and focusing his energy. In a quick motion he raised the quadblade so that the flat side was facing Shadow walker. "Metallic Flash!" The resulting light managed to set the chest of the Clidorian's outfit on fire, but he quickly brushed it out and sent a fast burst of ki at Kairin. Kairin slashed the quadblade across to guard, splitting the ball in two and sending the two halves to fall away.
***** Almost got carried away...

After several teleportations, Goti, Bardock, and Vahn found themselves back in the original room.
"Damn!" Goti shouted. "We're back here again..."
"That's okay, some of those rooms had more than one portal in them. We just have to remember which portals we've used," Bardock said as he reached out with his senses in an attempt to feel the Seru in Rogue's Tower. His senses were cloudy outside the room they were in... but he noticed a power in the tower that didn't belong to a Seru at all. "We're being followed by someone or something."
Vahn walked over to one of the walls that had a crumbling statue on it and pulled off a chunk of rock, crushing part of it in his hands. He rubbed one of the rock fragments against the wall, creating a mark on the solid surface. "We can use this to mark on the walls by the portals we've tried. That way we can tell when we've gone in a circle."
"What about that myserious power I'm feeling?" Bardock asked.
"It will come when it is ready," Vahn replied. "We can do nothing to seek it out, whatever it is. Just keep your guard up."

Ooh! Chapter breaks!
Lezee... I'm not sure where the breaks should be in the end of the battle in the Hermalyan saga... so... we'll move on to the... urm... whatever we'll call this saga of underlings and chaos...
When the Gem of Despair is used... at the end of that scene, since it leaves us hanging. We might put one at the end of the battle in Sole Tower if there's enough spacing around it. And... urm... I'm lost besides that. Maybe at the end of Goton Vs the cave monster?

Kone quickly gave up trying to track the fights with her eyes and turned to her mind. Gohan had done a fine job of keeping his fight out of the palace; this left her trying to come up with an attack strategy.
Now that Blot had charged at the twins, the opportunity presented itself. She threw forward both of her hands, letting a flood of purple stars rush at the inky assassin. The lights struck Blot full in the back, collecting in the center as a new hole appeared through him. But he ignored this attack and brought his bladed hand around to stab at Rani's side. Rani jumped back, finding himself pinned against the wall as the blade made a shallow slash at his side. True flesh or not, the pain was evident in Rani's scream.
"AAAAARRGH!" Liquaro shouted, diving full into Blot with a headbutt, pushed too far by his brother's scream to remember Blot's weakness to ki attacks. Blot's free hand gathered into what resembled a small cannonball and shot at Liquaro, sending him flying to the ground with a strong pain in his gut.
Kone was quickly warping to another corner of the room with Rani to protect him from further damage. She aimed a finger at where he had been struck and suddenly flenched. A white light glowed over the wound and it was closed, but Kone had felt the same pain as she took the wound away. It was an unfamiliar sensation for her...
**********
OOC: If Calcutro is capable, I'd suggest that he be the one to blast the "cannonball" into oblivion. Oh, and the wound Blot got from Kone isn't as permanent as the others he's received so far, hence why he hasn't closed it yet.

In the time it took to deal with Kairin, Kejek managed to get a lock on Shadow Walker with his wand, managing a silent spell. Shadow Walker's limbs suddenly snapped together, seemingly immobile.
"He's not helpless," Kejek warned, "But he's going to have a hard time moving. Go ahead and attack!"
Kairin nodded and began to gather energy, his skin darkening as he took in the light around him. Shadow Walker suddenly vanished from sight.
"Look out!" Shairo called. Kairin looked up in time to feel what may have been the single most powerful impact of his life as an invisible Shadow Walker flew into him. The quad blade fell from his hand as he plummitted toward the ground below.
"Stupefy!" Kejek shouted, a red bolt of light shooting down to where the impact had occurred. It vanished at a point in the air, suggesting that it had hit an invisible target, but half a second later At was diving to the side, taking Kejek with him as something zoomed by them.
"So he still has full access to his powers," Shairo observed.
"You can see him right?" Kejek said to At.
<Yes,> At answered.
"Try to keep us between him and Shairo, and try to keep me closer to him than you."
At made a quick roll and turn in response, coming up toward Shairo.
"Pull back," Kejek called to Shairo. Shairo dove to the side as Kejek sent another stun bolt, this one missing and blasting out of sight.

Hmm. Any plans for the battle on Earth? Or should Goten just wing it for a while?
**********
Katar didn't stop when the large, dark shape began to rush at her from the east. Even when it was close enough to be identified as a dragon, and it was clearly flying toward her, she didn't acknowledge it. When it made a snap at her with its jaws, she only spun and kicked it in the snout, causing it to turn, fire puffing out from the sides of its nostrils.
Katar kept flying, but now she had to dodge a jet of fire from the dragon. She put on speed, the dragon making chase.
"Get lost or get vaporized!" Katar shouted, her orange ki trail now stretching a good distance behind her. The dragon responded by flying higher, allowing it to gain on her. It dove down toward her, but Katar flipped to a vertical position as she threw up her arms. Light radiated from her as white light fell on the dragon. It stopped, glaring at her, clearly angered. It made a sudden downward motion, snapping at her with its jaws and catching her by the shoulder.
Katar spun, punching the dragon hard in the snout and flying back from it.
"Do the words 'Back off' mean anything to you?" She held her hands up in front of her, her forearms together. The dragon locked its eyes on her, its patience seeming to have left. Fire shot out at her, but Katar swung her arms downward, a tall bowing wave of ki coming forth to push back the flames. The dragon only moved to the side, the wave finally flying past it and fading into the distant sky.
"Katar!"
"I'm busy right now!" she shouted, not bothering to pay attention to who the voice had belonged. She charged at the dragon, her fists glowing arange, and made a strike below its jaws. The dragon flew up and back, opening its jaws in rage as fire poured out. Katar held up both hands, a shield of ki flaring up in time to keep the fire from engulfing her as it was bent around her and away.
"That is a yasha-tabe," the voice came from below now, "It is meant to feed on evil spirits, but this one has apparently learned to go for anger as well." Elohssa was now floating up from below, now only a few meters away.
"Let's see it feed on this!" She raised a fist over her head, the other hand held over it. She brought them down, sending a bolt of energy at the Dragon. It again dodged with a simple motion to the side and sent more fire toward Katar. She dove down and to the left, avoiding the flames. Elohssa rose higher, sending an eyebeam at the dragon that only caused it to turn its head.
"We should be able to take it," Elohssa said, "But we're losing time."
"Then let's finish this!" Katar said, powering up even further.
"Wait!" Elohssa said with some urgency, "Dragon! Is it true that you are a Falanzian?" The dragon eyed him curiously, then moved its head in a way that resembled nodding. "And was your father destroyed in a massive city explosion? In say, a technological center?" The dragon hesitated, then glared at Elohssa.
"Dragon!" Elohssa said commandingly, holding out a hand, "You know the truth; did your family die in the explosion that I created after I was rebuilt?" The dragon opened its mouth and let loose a powerful roar, bringing down its head in a fierce nod, then throwing itself at Elohssa with a blast of fire in front of it.
"That worked well," Katar said with bitter sarcasm. Elohssa Made to jump to the side as Katar flew into the dragon's side, sending it flying back.

Wenston Churchill, when asked about ending sentences with prepositions: "That is something with which up I shall not put."
Urm... ok... I think I have to wait a little while longer.

Of the two, Anoreha is stronger, but Pahn is quite powerful as well. Or should be. I've heard that Churchill thing before, lol.
