Gotenks grinned with pleasure when Captain Krysalor accepted his demands for a fight, and was even more pleased that the enemy decided to attack him head on without wasting any time. To Gotenks, it was the perfect opportunity that ensured victory in his mind. All he had to do was to let Captain Krysalor blindly attack him while he merely countered the attacks.
Waiting until the very last moment, Gotenks vanished from where he once stood, leaving Captain Krysalor to hit nothing but thin air. He quickly reappeared behind his enemy, jumped up into the air, and sent a volley of kicks at Krysalor's head. Krysalor fell forward a bit, giving Gotenks the chance he needed. Gotenks proceeded with his barrage by throwing a mixture of kicks, punches, and ki attacks at Krysalor's unprotected back, the last kick sending his enemy soaring towards the wall opposite of where Kikyo's prison was.
A satisfying crash as Krysalor's body collided with the wall of unknown substance ringed in Gotenks's ears, prompting the same cocky grin that he had had since his childhood years to spread out across his face. "Is that the extent of your power?!" Though he knew it was not, he asked anyway. "You're not even worth my time if that's all you've got for me! And to think that this kid was afraid of you! He obviously misjudged your strength!"
***
Hmm... I don't know how Krysalor would react, so I'll let you (Wolfstar) be the decider of such things.

The water washed up over Slayer, doing little to affect the struggle for control of the beam that was going on between him and Goten.
"It's having no effect," Videl anounced.
Goten gritted his teeth in concentration. His injuries from Satan Clawz's self destruction had given him more power, as great wounds did for most of saiyan blood, but that wasn't enough to push back Slayer's attack. Goten's feet were digging trenches into the earth as he was pushed back by the energy, Slayer remaining in the same spot.
Goten began desperately forcing his ki to change direction, hoping that a force perpendicular to the beam would be able to at least spread it out enough to deal with. The beam only vibrated intensely, a shower of sparks falling on the ground below.
Alex and Videl took Slayer from behind, attacking fiercely, but there was no real change in the struggle.
Then, Goten noticed something in the sky out of the corner of his eye. The distraction nearly cost him his life as he was pushed back several feet, now entrenched up to the backs of his knees.
Fortunately, Videl observed that Goten had seen something, and scanned the sky to find it. She caught sight of the distant shape of a dragon, bright lights moving around near it.
"That dragon," she said to Alex, "It's coming back this way!"
"Now's not a very good time for more trouble," Alex agreed, "Any ideas on how to stop this guy? Maybe before the dragon shows up?"
"I'm stumped."

With a sudden crack, Kejek found himself beside a different tree, in a different area, catching his breath. Kairin's body was at his feet, and off to the right he could see a fight going on, though he only recognized Pan from among the participants.
He looked around frantically, searching the trees as quickly as he could. The green wave on the mirror had been here, and it had to be the person he needed.
"Dende!" He finally shouted, "Are you here?" The Namekian stepped in sight, taking note of the scene and running over.
"This isn't turning into a very good day," Dende said as he knelt over Kairin.
"It had to be the day I got brought back," Kejek added, his face holding great tension.
"I... don't know if I can do anything," Dende reported, "It might already be too late."
"Try," Kejek instructed, "I did what I could, but I don't have that kind of power."
"Neither do I," Dende said gravely, "But there may be a chance." Kejek bit his lip and looked away. It was bound to happen eventually... but it still struck him like a knife.
He finally found himself walking, walking past the fight between the women and the invader, and finally breaking into a run. He saw a great light in the distance, and the force of it was easily detectable. He noticed that portions of the forest were now ablaze along his path, and he found himself stopping to slash water at the flames with his wand. It wasn't a miracle healing, but it was at least stopping the physical fire.
Kejek turned and took note of the beam struggle in the distance. He was at too great a distance to tell many details, although he was pretty sure that the one person he stood a chance of hitting didn't look familiar. Taking careful aim, Kejek launched a red bolt of light from his wand.
The stunbolt struck Slayer full in the back. It wasn't enough to bring him down, but it was enough to cause him to lose control of the beam, a great explosion throwing rocks and steam into the air as the Klidorian hit the ground.
Goten tried to catch his breath, but found himself feeling fear. He had lost a lot of energy in the struggle, and Slayer seemed to remain at full strength. Goten did notice that a few fruit remained near the edge of the blast area, and he quickly jumped over to take them while Videl and Alex gave him confused looks.

The speed at which Shadow Walker and Aro were fighting was more than enough to create a few sonic booms each second. It would take several pages to vaguely describe what went on in a second and a half, but there was no one that could really keep track of what was happening anyway. A slash from Shadow Walker's tail came close to cutting across Aro's stomach, but it did little more than leave the opening necessary for the Klidorian to knee Aro's thigh aside and send a ki ball at his face. Aro blocked the attack with ease, but it had broken the rhythm of the fight, leaving both of them to land on the ground once again.
"We can finish this easily enough," Aro said, "Just stop the whole trying to kill me thing and we can take care of more important things."
"It is true that you are a challenge," Shadow Walker replied, "But I have no reason to run away."
"Suit yourself," Aro said lazily. Before he had finished the word "your", Shadow Walker had lunged, but Aro caught his attack with one hand. Shadow Walker launched another ki attack, but Aro sent out his own with his free hand, both blasts popping into the air and fading away.

Yabu found himself in a rare position: Flying back to a wall opposite the enemy and standing back against it. He had to stop and think for a moment before he realized that it was not out of fear, but to remain useful. The tremendous monster that was Terra Dax had attacked suddenly and without relent, and Yabu was nowhere near having a plan on how to deal with it. Surely it had a weakness... everything does. Or at least, everything Yabu had fought prior to meeting Terra Dax did.
He decided to try for a long range attack while he had the chance, jumping into the air and locking his gaze on the monster's eyes. Yabu brought his hands up like binoculars, focusing as much energy as he could into what was both an eye blast and a generic ki beam. The blast hit very close to its target, striking Terra Dax near the mouth. With no effect.

"Is that the extent of my power?" Captain Krysalor mocked, a smile spreading across his face as he straightened his pose. "You got to be kiddin', bub. I've got a decade of dust to brush off here. I'm not going to let this battle end so quickly. Don't let me break your spine on the first try!"
Krysalor rushed at Gotenks, energy radiating from the large man's hands. One of the Klidorian warrior's massive fists flew toward Gotenks's face, but Gotenks moved his head slightly, allowing the blow to pass by just barely, a grin playing in full on his face. Krysalor's other hand came up under his extended arm, releasing the energy he held within it. Gotenks put his hands up to block the attack, which gave Krysalor the opening he was hoping for. Pulling his elbow back, Krysalor connected solidly with the back of Gotenks's head, causing the younger warrior to lurch forward into Krysalor's grasp. Krysalor held on tight, squeezing Gotenks in a bear hug.
"I thought I told you not to make this easy on me. You talk like a man, but you fight like a child!"

Ioru shot Aldran a glance, indicating that he was about to move. Without waiting for a response, Ioru moved a few paces to the side, giving him a clear view of Krysalor's back. He brought up his blaster, aiming as carefully as he could, and pulled the trigger, sending a crystal streaking at the Klidorian's back.

Aro ducked as Shadow Walker tried for another attack, catching him from below and throwing him up and over. Aro then leapt away at top speed, disappearing from sight.
Shadow Walker easily gathered himself, but not in time to catch Aro's path. He could easily follow his ki, however, and quickly flew after it. He came to fly over the crater into which he had fallen earlier. He decided to take to the ground, providing a better means of noticing a trap before it was sprung. Shadow Walker moved in toward the energy of Aro, though he began to find it hard to focus on. Instead of waiting for it to move, the Klidorian warrior created twin waves of ki that shot from his hands, cutting through the ground below. He could tell that it hadn't finished Aro, but he couldn't tell much else until he found himself hit from behind by a staggering blow.
Shadow Walker lashed back with his tail, but he found it trapped beneath a powerful force. The next thing he knew, Shadow Walker was in the grasp of a large Polar bear.
<I hope you aren't surprised,> Aro's voice said in the Klidorian's mind.
"Clever," Shadow Walker agreed, "But useless." The Aro-bear responded by slamming Shadow Walker into the ground and slashing at his back with his massive paws, then running quickly over him and quickly moving away. Shadow Walker quickly got to his feet, not badly damaged, and lunged, elbowing the bear in the back and sending it crashing through a tree to the north. He then sent a ki blast after the extremely visible mass of white, but he found that they missed as the bear disappeared into the thin brush that marked the northern boundary of the battlefield.
Instead of rushing into another trap, Shadow Walker turned invisible once again and took to the air, waiting for Aro's next move.
"Geno Kamehameha!" The purpleish beam lanced from below, aimed directly for the invisible Shadow Walker's center. Aro hadn't been able to charge much concealed energy into the blast, but it was enough to force Shadow Walker back.
Aro knew quite well that Shadow Walker didn't take much damage from the energy attack, so he made another dash to the south, toward where he had most recently fused, and charged energy into his forearm.
"Catch!" Aro rushed at Shadow walker, who easily caught the attack and delivered a strike that caused a sickening crack from Aro's other shoulder.
"Your cunning is matched only by your wrecklessness," Shadow Walker told the fused warrior that was in his grasp. Aro simply smirked, then spat in the Klidorian's face.
"Don't make it so easy," Aro said as Shadow Walker began to notice that Aro's most recent act had indeed been an attack, a venomous substance starting to aflict the Klidorian's face. Shadow Walker nearly snarled, throwing Aro into the ground and causing a great burst of earth as a new crater formed.

"Is this your team?" Atomic Blast Man shouted as he and Trunks both jumped over Terra Dax's thrashing tail, then scattered as the monster followed through with a swipe of one of its massive hands. "Is this what you have to work with? Two compulsive warriors?"
"I'm not really the leader... there isn't one!" Trunks responded before being swatted to the ground by Terra Dax. Dazed, he still perceived a hand coming down to either smash him or grasp him, neither of which an option Trunks was fond of.
"I wasn't done yet!" Tratz yelled as he fired a barrage of blasts at the Klidorian monster. Terra Dax let out a low, grumbling roar, one that Trunks took as a sign of amusement, as it turned toward Tratz and bashed him against the wall again. Trunks sprang back to his feet and dodged yet another attempt by Terra Dax.
"Please tell me you know how to shut big, tall, and butt ugly over there down for the count..." Trunks said as he and Atomic Blast Man stood side by side. Tratz and Yabu seemed to have the beast distracted for the moment, but Trunks knew that its attention could easily shift.
"I have a... theory," the superhero responded. "Nothing solid, but a theory."

And another one bites the dust!
**********
Elohssa was using thin bursts of energy from his hands to keep the dragon back.
"I have no desire to harm you," Elohssa shouted, "But you will not be allowed to do evil. I can tell that you understand me; so stop this foolishness!"
The Dragon Pulled into a tight space, glaring at Elohssa through narrowed eyes. It moved without warning after Katar, finally showing off its speed. Elohssa flew after the dragon, bringing down his forearm into its back, only to be hit by a spinning firebreath attack.
"This is over!" Katar shouted, orange flames outlining her frame as she focused the path of her energy. She held out her hands and released a great hemisphere-shaped wave of energy that caused the dragon to fly back. Elohssa narrowly pulled himself out of the blast's area.
"Relentless," Elohssa muttered.
"It's not chewing on me," Katar declared, "If it comes back... I'm taking care of it the hard way."
"I don't like that plan," Elohssa said, "But necessity calls."
The dragon came flying back at Katar, eyes blazing red. Katar crossed her arms and hovered as the dragon approached. It stopped for a moment, perturbed by her behavior, perceiving a trap. Then it made an impossible streak around Katar, flying in rapid circles and snapping at her from behind.
Katar spun, throwing one fist into the dragon's mouth and holding the other up above them as light radiated from her.
"Let's go for a ride," she said, the light that glowed from her body becoming bright enough to engulf her and the dragon in what seemed a globe of light. Then, she rocketed high into the sky, traveling faster with each passing moment as the light began to form into a barier of energy. They kept moving upward, the air getting thinner and thinner, but not affecting them just yet with the energy field about them. The light above lost more and more color, finally turning completely black with the stars appearing beyond the sun's disk. And then, Katar released the energy that was built up in the lower fist, blasting herself away from the dragon. The dragon flapped its wings in confusion, puffs of fire shooting out of its nostrils just to die instantly.
Katar put one hand over the other fist and swung her arms down from over her head, sending a wave of energy streaking at the dragon. She didn't see exactly what it hit, as her vision was obscured by a sudden outpouring of black fog from where the dragon had been drifting. Katar found herself drifting down toward the Earth, her energy and the fact that she wasn't very alive only temporary bariers against the deadliness of space. But before she could fall into the atmosphere, she found a burst of energy striking her in the chest, penning her against a cold metal floor.
"Great job," the voice came from the blue-skinned figure that was pointing the staff at her, though the hood and mask concealed his face. "You've done a lot of damage to Moyagu. In fact, if I wasn't here, that stunt of yours would have meant certain death. Unnecessary death, of an already tortured creature. You really should control your anger, ghost-saiyan."
"Or maybe I should just let myself be eaten?" Katar pushed herself up off of the floor, her elbow charged with orange light. The figure simply disappeared, leaving Katar to fly forward and land on her feet, only to find a sword at her throat.

OOC: Ah! Who is it! XD XD XD. Ok, so that's a little confusing, but it will be explained with the next post for this situation...

**********
Kejek looked through the debris that was scattered by the explosion of the beam struggle, trying to look over the invader. He could only tell that he seemed both metallic and alien, seemingly a closed system with no obvious vulnerabilities.
"Metal, huh?" Kejek said, walking closer, "Well... metal and an angry wizard don't go well together."
Slayer was standing, seeming recovered from the blast, but seeming just as angered.
"Let's see you play like that when you're dancing," the Klidorion challenged, standing at his full height and sending out beams of energy, rapidly in all directions. Alex and Videl found themselves jumping and diving to avoid the blasts, Goten throwing up a hand to deflect some as he maneuvered his way toward Slayer.
Kejek ducked behind a tree, which was quickly blasted in half by one of Slayer's beams. Kejek stayed crouched near the ground, holding out his wand. He aimed it directly at Slayer's back and sent out a jet of red and green sparks that struck the Klidorian unresisted.
Slayer's response was immediate. The beams stopped and he turned his head around to face the source of the attack.
"You can't hide for very long," Slayer announced, "Especially when your hiding area is in over nine thousand pieces!" Slayer raised a hand to fire, but was tackled by Goten, who held him in a full Nelson and struggled to hold him.
"Try it again!" Goten called, "But more power!"
"I can't promise anything but my best," Kejek declared, standing up, "So here it goes!" He slashed his wand at Slayer, releasing a beam of golden sparks that struck the Klidorian full in the shoulder, quickly spreading throughout his body and even causing Goten to make sounds of pain.
"Don't stop," Alex told Kejek, "Not until one of them falls down or if the metal one regains power."
**********
Aro tried to regather his energy from where he had fallen, holding up enough of a defense to withstand the volley of ki blasts that Shadow Walker sent after him once he had managed to clear his face of as much of the venemous substance as possible. Aro still stayed in the crater, focusing on gaining control of his energy, perhaps trying to morph his broken shoulder so that it was usable.
Shadow Walker landed near the crater. Instead of waiting for a trap, he dashed for it, slashing Aro across the face. Aro wenced, but made no sound. Instead, he jumped up and grabbed Shadow Walker with his good arm, holding onto him as tightly as he could manage.
"Which one of us has the most power?" Aro asked, "Or does that matter anymore?" He kicked off of the ground, flying up with Shadow Walker in his grasp. The Klidorian slashed at Aro's chest, causing a deep gash near his collarbone, but Aro ignored it and flipped so that he and his captive were diving straight at the ground. With something between a giant Poof and an explosion, Aro and Shadow Walker tore through the ground and flew down through the crust of the Earth. Shadow Walker threw a few ki blasts at Aro, who increased his power to avoid taking damage from them as he zoomed further through the Earth. They burst into molten depths of magma that seemed without end, Aro using his own ki to protect him from the heat. But it kept increasing; the pressure kept increasing; everything kept increasing as they flew on, a few degrees off from the center of the Earth. Shadow Walker was now trying to speed the journey, knowing that fighting to freedom in these conditions would be suicidal. Eventually, with the great speed and power of the two warriors, they once again began bursting through rock, finally busting out of an underused asfalt highway and up into the sky. Aro finally released the built up energy he had stored, blasting him and Shadow Walker apart.
Aro landed, took a couple of breaths, then jumped into the air again, phasing behind Shadow Walker, and elbowing him hard in the upper back, which caused him to tumble out of the sky and crash into the edge of the hole from which they had risen. He didn't get up.

"I fight like a child!?" By now, Gotenks had wriggled himself free enough from Captain Krysalor's grasp around him to move his arms enough to his liking. "If that's the way you think, then you'll be crushed once this 'child' obliterates your entire existence!" Having already realized that there was a crystal heading in their direction, Gotenks elbowed Krysalor in the gut, causing the older warrior to let go of his still tight hold on Gotenks.
Now with Krysalor grabbing his gut, Gotenks decided to use the oncoming crystal to his advantage. Spinning his body, Gotenks's right leg lifted off the ground and headed straight towards Krysalor's protected stomach in a perfectly maneuvered back kick. But his aim was not to harm Krysalor with the kick; Gotenks's aim was to kick his enemy hard enough so that he was forced backwards, thus sending Krysalor himself towards the oncoming crystal.
"I hope you like how this child fights, bastard!" Gotenks called to the warrior who was merely seconds away from colliding with the crystal. "Now let's just see what that stupid crystal does..."

Pahn's energy wall tightened around Commando Joe for several seconds. It was long enough for the Klidorian warrior to begin to doubt that he could make it out of the barrier bubble alive. Building up energy was slow going for Joe since he had to distribute a healthy portion of it in order to keep the bubble from compressing him into nothing, but the energy did in fact still build.
With a silent prayer, Commando Joe threw his energy out, loosing himself from Pahn's energy bubble. He dashed backwards through the air to dodge a flurry of punches and kicks she issued as retaliation. He could not stop there though. Anoreha forced him to the ground as she threw a turbulent orb of energy at him. As soon as his feet made contact with the ground, he unleashed his own energy, splintering the great ball flung at him by the Legendary Super Saiyan and spraying the two Saiyan warriors with the resulting storm of blasts.
