OOC: So, I was thinking about the fate of the time matrix, and... Well, Kone needs to go back to the past. We don't want to use the Time Matrix as a reset button, but I do think it's universe-bending abilities could prove useful should the time come to actually confront the Unifier directly. My general idea is that, if the heroes regain control of the time matrix... They could use it to move to the site of a big battle involving whichever group Kone is involved in. (At this rate, I'm guessing whatever epic battle starts on Agteka. XD ). Kone shields everyone from a massive attack, but once it's over, she and the time matrix are both gone. Of course, that means the time matrix would still be out there somewhere; wherever Kone left it upon going back in time. Probably somewhere she thought would be uber-safe. Which brings me to my "needs Gotenks' approval" idea: First, Kikyo would know where the time matrix was left (but whether or not someone else came across it is another matter entirely). Second, that place could be close to one of the Watchers' seals. And... ur... I just got another idea related to that that I think everyone would like. *Goes to look for Gotenks* This is all of course assuming that something's going to happen here before 2011, hahaha. *Burns doompapers* [edit] Hey, PAGE 100! W00T![/edit]

OOC: I'm going to do something ridiculous, and by ridiculous I hope I mean awesome.
***
"Something is far from right, here," a young man said to his two companions, his gray-blue eyes locked onto the sky above him.
His dark-haired friend followed his gaze, then closed his eyes. Within seconds, his eyes snapped open again. "No way," he muttered.
The third friend unsheathed both of his swords, a concentrated scowl forming on his face. "Those life forces are impossibly high," he said. "What do you think it could be, Crae?"
The first man turned his stare to young man with two swords. "Nothing good, I bet," he replied. "I can almost feel the evil rolling off of it. Are we about to see prophecies in action?"
The dark haired one shook his head. "We can not bring those myths into this. The reality is we have some very powerful visitors from beyond our world."
"Agteka could crumble around you before you would admit to believing the prophecies anyways, Falomur," two-swords said. "But this is something major. We need to go tell Vidlisus about this."
"Segran is right," Crae responded. "This could be the biggest event of our lives, falling from the sky in front of us."
"I doubt there is any need of telling Vidlisus," Falomur told them. "I bet the whole planet can feel what we feel."
"Looks like it will be an exciting night on good ol' Agteka," Segran said as a gust of wind whipped his silver hair around him. "We sure could use some help. Like from Razze Highland."
"The Lord will provide us with our answers," Crae said, leading the way back to Crystal City.
***
"Ah, it looks like we have arrived," Lord Zedd said from the cockpit of his space-faring super weapon, Serpenterra.
"Planet Agteka, ripe for the taking," Rita agreed with a cackle.
"The Watchers... they stir!" Manah added, spinning and twirling while humming, her voice fluctuating between the light playfulness of a little girl and the deep thunder of a full-grown man.
"What an unlucky planet," Gareus said with a flash of light, arriving on the battle platform completely unannounced. "It has so much potential... and so much misfortune, to house a Seal of the Watchers."
"Such a surprise to see you, Gareus," Lord Zedd said sourly.
"I come with word from Loki," Gareus answered Zedd's unspoken question. "He says that if you foul this up, you will be annihilated. May I suggest you don't let that happen?"
"Listen you arrogant worm!" Rita began to scream, but Zedd held out his hand for her to stop.
"Inform Loki that I have this completely under control," Zedd retorted, barely holding back scalding rage from his voice.
"You are being followed by the Megaship, and I can't help but notice that you have failed to capture the Chaotic."
"We beat the Earth forces when they were assembled, we can decimate this fragment. You are wasting my time now, Gareus. I have relayed your message and I have given you a reply. May I go about my business now?" Zedd's visor was glowing red, a visible indication of the anger his voice refused to betray.
"As you wish," Gareus answered, and vanished in the same burning flash that he arrived with.
"I hate that guy," Rita pouted.
"If he did not come with orders from so high up, I would have killed him," Zedd nearly shouted. "Ready a landing crew. A strong one. I want no mistakes on this one. And Finster! Find me that damned Chaotic!"
***
OOC: Cajones, you can decide what's going down to Agteka. I figure in a few posts of frantic fighting, our Megaship-bound heroes can arrive.

... I... ur... WAH! *Explodes* *Read the Zedd scene with the Lord Zedd theme playing* So... one of the main reasons Rita and Zedd have been using putties so far is because they're expendable, and Tengas not so much. I'm wondering if, given what just happened, Zedd would go with Tengas for their superior abilities... but our people would probably kill most of them, hahaha... XD

"I'm all for some more demolition," Tooldrak said as he walked ahead of the two lines of Tengas flanked by putties, "But couldn't Serpentera wipe this place out quickly?"
"You heard Edd!" the half-camouflaged, half gray skeleton-creature beside Tooldrak replied, "Serpentera wouldn't have enough power to get out of here if we wasted it attacking this planet! Besides, now we have something to do. We just get in, blow the place, and decimate whatever tries to stop us!" Tooldrak's response was a satisfied laugh of anticipation. On the skeleton's other side were the blue oddities Squat and Baboo, carrying a crate of explosive between them.

OOC: Stopping for two reasons: one, Jaws died, and two... umm... I don't know where on Agteka to send them, hahaha... XD. And Zedd can always send more backup if necessary.

OOC: I almost said Tengas, actually. But I figured you as our PR expert would have to make that call. I'll write the 'baddies approaching goal' stuff sometime in the next few days... I have to actually figure out how to make a plot twist I've been saving for years work out here, and frankly I've had less than an hour of 'Wolfstar time' today... I've been working nonstop, just about and my brain is about fragged.

"Hey guys!" a fourth young man shouted to his three friends as they entered the Crystal City Agracine Headquarters on the way to speak to General Vidlisus. "Something is going on to the southeast, and it doesn't seem like a good thing at all."
"Follow us, Eplin," Crae told the newcomer. "You too, Azra," he added to Eplin's female companion, who replied with a nod of her head, sending her orange hair waving like a crackling flame. "We are going to get orders from General Vidlisus and see what we can do about this."
"The strangers have split up," Falomur told the group, fulfilling the role as the main energy sensor. "The most powerful segment is still in space, but a large force has landed on the Skullwash archipelago."
"What could they be after?" Segran asked. "Wait... there is a shrine of some sort built by the Eastern Coalition there, isn't there?"
"Indeed," Falomur muttered.
Eplin's eyes went wide. "No way," he muttered.
"General Vidlisus, we have a situation," Crae announced as they arrived at his open office door.
"Just in time, gentlemen, lady," Vidlisus said while rising. "We are dispatching a large force to investigate the energy fluctuations coming from the Skullwash Archipelago, and I could use you five there. Crae, I am giving you command and full authority to use any means necessary to stop any potential threat."
"Sir, why would a force from space have any reason to visit the ancient shrine at Skullwash?" Azra asked.
"Because I'm guessing a survey team found something more than what has made it into the history books," Falomur said.
"Something from well before the War of Devastation," Eplin added. "Something evil, corrupting, and destructive..." His voice sounded like he knew exactly what it could be.
"Herendil?" Crae asked, his voice barely audible.
"No, something living. Or rather, something that once lived. They call themselves The Watchers," Vidlisus told them. "This is all well beyond classified. I am not sure how Eplin here knew about it at all, but I expect none of this to ever be spoken about again. Understood?"
"Speak not the Watchers," Eplin whispered. "Write not the Watchers names. Carve not the Watchers."
***
"Tra la la la la!" Manah sang as she danced around Tooldrak. "The Watchers, they call to me!"
"All that power, from a little girl?" a man clad in dark armor asked from up above the shrine, several ranks of creatures formed up behind him. "Who the hell are you?"
"A servant of the Watchers," she called back up as her voice fluctuated.
"Surrender to the might of the Hermalyan Army or be crushed, by order of King Tencos," the dark clad man challenged.
"Hermalyans? Here?" the skeleton man asked. "I thought they were on our side. Has Cort betrayed us?"
The dark clad man laughed. "Prince Cort, a Hermalyan? No, I think not. He came to our planet, tried to overthrow King Tencos, and then got sent on his way. He took several of our warriors and modeled his military after ours, but he was a pathetic excuse, at best. Now, stand down or die by the hand of Elias Savaliad!"
"Well, I'm confused," the skeleton man said. "But I'm going to enjoy smacking you around."
"Enough. The Watchers are impatient." Manah fired a burst of searing light at the side of the cliff, sending a wave of rocks cascading down, throwing the Hermalyan creatures down the slope.
"Zek, Wave, flank them. Nihvor, you're with me," Elias commanded, as he sent the Hermalyan Army charging.

*Fanxplodes* XD XD XD To tell the truth, in the first scene before the Agracines' names were revealed, I was starting to think they might have been Rand Mat and Perrin. XD Woah, that sentence got major letter-eater'd. I think I fixed all of it... Meep. The ads keep updating. -_- Really, Proboards... really? *Ahem*.Filler, you say? I'll see what I can do. In notepad, because the ads I think are what's eating my letters. ********** "Now orbitting Planet Agteka," Deka anounced throughout the Megaship. In the short span of time since Kejek had realized that Kairin's enchanted coin had been destroyed, Seremek had apparently learned that asking about the Megaship's destination was a bad idea, as he kept quiet at the anouncement. "Andros and Tommy want to meet near the infirmory," Kyu said upon entering where Kejek was keeping a watch on Seremek. "Someone needs to watch Seremek," Kejek replied, "I think I can hold him if he tries anything. We should assume he could find a way to outsmart Deka and escape if left unguarded." "My security capabilities are functioning at maximum efficiency," Deka responded. "... Just to be safe," Kejek added. "I have every intention of escaping," Seremek spoke up, "I've been a prisoner for far too long. If you are fighting against Captain Krysalor and his allies, I could help you. But I won't do a thing if you keep me like this." "I believe you, sure," Kejek nodded, "But the Unifier's agents went to a lot of trouble to act like they were keeping you from us while leading us to you at the same time. I don't like being manipulated any more than you. The Unifier's forces might be counting on us releasing you, for all we know. Every little thing counts in this war." Kyu shook his head and turned to leave. "I'll tell them you're staying," he said as he walked away. *** While most everyone aboard the Megaship was healed enough to roam the ship after the journey from Klidore to Onyx to Agteka, there was still enough concern and mutual exhaustion to warrant the congregation at the infirmory. "Scans indicate that Lord Zedd has already sent troops to the planet," Andros told the gathered heroes, "But there's a good chance we can intercept them before they can accomplish their mission." "It sounds like Trunks's vision was right," Goten commented. "We need to decide who's going to the surface and who's staying with the ship," Tommy added, "Serpentera's still in space, and who knows who else might want to attack the Megaship when it's unguarded." "I'll stay with the Megaship in orbit," Andros said, "I would like to join you, but I've been flying the Megaship so long that I might have better chances at evading an attack or getting to you if you need backup." "I will go to the surface," Kone spoke up, "I can transport us there if the shields are disabled." "I will go as well." Yabu spoke up. Aside from having the Saiyan urge to fight, Yabu's undead state required a supply of ambient spiritual energy to maintain, and that was far weaker in space than on an inhabited planet. *** OOC: Yeah, I doubt we'll write out everyone's forward-stepping. Just assume that Kone will take whoever you want to be taken and that I won't have anything tricky happen in the process of teleporting off of the ship.

Cyba was used to fighting for his life. It had been a common theme in his life since near birth.
What he wasn't so used to, however, was having so many life-threatening conflicts so close together. Still, he fought on, trying to rally the small force of warriors that now seemed to follow him.
His foe was not a single entity. No, instead, his group was under attack by a horde of skeletal soldiers armed with swords, axes, spears, and every other form of melee weapon Cyba could imagine. And while their strength was less than impressive, especially considering his own power, their numbers and relentlessness proved to be a major obstacle.
Wolfstar had withdrawn his sword and set to the task of cutting down as many of the skeleton men as he could. Everyone, even the injured, had been drawn into the conflict.
But Cyba could not continue. He dropped to his knees in what felt like slow motion, then landed in the ashen earth below him, not even feeling the pain from the skeletal marauders. His eyes closed as he slipped out of consciousness.
He heard a voice from vaguely above him. It could have been moments or hours or years later. He couldn't tell.
"You didn't think it would be that easy, did you?"
Cyba tried to open his eyes, but all he could see was green.
"Time travel? Seriously? The only reason you managed the first time was because the Time Matrix had already disrupted the timeline, and because I helped you. Your ego never ceases to amaze me."
Time Matrix? Help? Ego??
Green?
Chaos!
The energy began to filter into Cyba, as if being directed.
"We have to discuss the cost of your training, yet."
Cyba finally managed to make sense of the world around him. It was the Chaos Dimension.
Enerjak stood in front of him, feeding Chaos Energy into his body. "And I get the feeling that neither of us are really going to like this."

Whoa. Looking back, today marks exactly 10 years since this RPG was first started! Therefore, I felt compelled to post something regardless of the fact that I still haven't sufficiently caught myself up to date on everything. ********************************** "That Kone..." Kikyo's voice trailed off as she took a long look at the two Saiyans still unconscious on the ground. Their last battle had taken more of a toll on them than she had realized - for Saiyans to be knocked out cold for this long was not an easy feat. She needed the two to wake as soon as possible. After all, who knew how long they were safe here? Her eyes narrowed. She could feel it in the air. A menacing aura was approaching them fast. "Kais, you must have realized it by now." She couldn't exactly pinpoint where this aura was coming from or if its target was indeed them, but she couldn't risk being wrong at a time like this. "This place won't be safe for much longer, but..." Kikyo closed her eyes, and her body was suddenly engulfed by a white light. "I will try to keep them from finding us as best I can." As she spoke, the light began extending beyond her body, surrounding the others until it formed a dome shape that extended just high enough to give them room to float if needed. She dropped to her knees as quickly as she had erected the barrier, her body no longer able able to support itself and her breathing strained. "The...there. Even if they find this planet...We should remain invisible to them for the time being." "What is this...My body has never been drained from such an easy spell before. Something is amiss." The aura she had felt was closer now, but had slowed its pace. "Good. At least I've hindered them a bit. They must have slowed down once our energy forces disappeared."********************** Meh......I really couldn't think of anything... Today is just one of those days, you know? No matter how hard I wracked my brains, I just couldn't get myself into thinking of anything amazing to contribute.

OOC: Nevertheless awesome, and keeps the tension going. And I didn't notice the date! Awesomeness!
Look what silliness I neglected: the Green candle? It was made via wax from the Gamma Tri system, which is linked to the energy of whatever it touches. If Rita and Zedd had thrown that at Cyba, would it have made it possible for them to siphon off his chaos energy? Or maybe it doesn't work on chaos, or maybe the hybrid monster was actually designed to include it, hence how it could absorb the chaos energy, or... *notices that is catching on fire and changes the subject*.
So, I'm going to reveal something: the Shapeshifter deliberately got himself captured, so that the Unifier would have a back door into Kaioshinkai. I was a little worried that having this happen so soon would make it hard to justify this saga continuing afterward, but I think Kikyo just bought us enough time.
Something about the Time Matrix confuses me. Are there two copies of it whenever it goes into the past? This strikes me as horribly broken, even with the Time Matrix as overpowered as it already is. More precisely: during those timetravel shenanigans earlier? No one decided to use the fact that they were in the past to grab the past version of the time matrix and have a time-duel with the Emperor. Although, maybe the Time Matrix wasn't there because it was specifically the past of the DBZ-verse, before the Unifier got to it and made the Animorphs-style Time Travel possible?
Oh, look, more fire.

Haha, Happy 10 Years of Insanity!
I'm rereading as well. I think the TM world needs my attention most right now, as that should be getting wrapped up. And then Agteka shenanigans. I think Cyba is going to be put on hold for a while, and probably the Eporue stuff, too (although in Eporue's case, if I'm holding up any of your important characters, Cajones, we can push that along).

OOC: I lied about something. I am going to Cyba-post after all, but this is more of a teaser for things to come...
***
"I have lived for a very, very long time," Enerjak told Cyba, continuing to funnel an extreme amount of Chaos Energy into Cyba's body. Cyba felt like a balloon being stretched past a safe point, near to bursting. "During my centuries of life, prolonged by the use of Chaos Energy and this very Dimension itself, I have encountered very few Chaotics. We're a rare breed. We were born of Order, yet can bend Chaos, to a degree."
"Does this have a point?" Cyba growled, doing his best to stand up on his shaky legs. Enerjak's Chaos Energy flow went to work stitching his wounds back together, creating a burning sensation. "I don't know if you noticed, but I was in the middle of something back there."
"Yeah, it looked like you were dying again," Enerjak retorted. "We can't have that, now. Not so soon." Enerjak cleared his throat before continuing. "As I was saying, there aren't many of us. I've met four, not counting myself, and have heard of maybe as many others besides. Only one other was like me - naturally born with the talent and an instinct from birth to know how to use it. I killed him as a child and devoured his ability."
"Pleasant," Cyba muttered. He instantly put his guard up, however, Enerjak hadn't struck him as the type to heal him and then kill him. No, he would have done it outright. Unless, of course, he needed Cyba at full power to do his devouring trick, Cyba realized.
"It doubled my strength, which continued to grow," Enerjak told him. "Most of the others had the possibility in their bodies, in their genetic lines, but only had it awakened when exposed to a flow of Chaos Energy breaching the Ordered Realms. Wild, raw Chaos Energy flows usually kill, and fairly painfully. Some people are able to adapt to it and form an affinity to it."
"Then," he continued, "there is you. You were the result of a series of experiments intended to yield exactly that result. Yes, Feldian was doing the Unifyer's work when he tested his processes on you as a child. Of course, he thought he was working for Kuriza, but... well, Kuriza was one of MemKarostlous's, even back then. Of course, you killed him, you and Trunks and Gohan, but all the same, the Unifyer got what he wanted out of that arrangement."
Cyba scowled. "I don't like hearing that my whole life has been orchestrated by some malevolent demi-god," Cyba told Enerjak through narrowed eyes.
"Mind your tone," Enerjak threatened. "Regardless of what you like, it is true. It is also true that your sheer potential in Chaos Energy outstrips my own. You're not there yet, but you could be. The other Chaotic like you has only touched the source once, but he doesn't seem nearly as capable. And your son, no, he doesn't have as much talent as you, so he's useless to our plan."
"What are you saying?" Cyba demanded.
"You will serve the Unifyer, willingly or unwillingly," Enerjak said simply. "You are one of the keys to what he wants, just like the Perfect Fusion, the Time Matrix, and a few other things that you and your comrades haven't even discovered yet."
"Bastard!" Cyba roared and attempted to strike Enerjak. Coils of Chaos Energy reached out of the verdant landscape and wrapped around Cyba, restraining him effectively.
"Your temper will not get you far with your future master," Enerjak said. "Let's have a look and see how other events are unfolding, shall we?" Several areas of the air around them split open, revealing images, like videos, of other places - Wolfstar leading the Resistance and their allies against hordes of skeletal monsters, Goti and Bardock in some strange and twisting world fighting Legaian forces, Gotenks and Goton knocked unconscious and surrounded by the Kais and other powerful forces. "Things are moving swiftly toward their inevitable conclusion. This is an exciting time. You may get to see it to the end, but I most certainly will not."
"You betrayed me, used me to further the Unifyer's plan," Cyba said, his anger seething in his voice. "I don't give a damn what you get to see."
Enerjak grinned and began forcing more Chaos Energy into Cyba.
