*Blinks.* Opps...I haven't posted in a long time... Blame it on school. Now that school is almost over, my teachers have been giving me homework like there's no tomorrow!! I shall find the time one day to once again be active in this RPG.

Heh. I as well have a few teachers that want last minute stuff done. I can sympathize with you. good luck. *^_~
Now... it came to me at one point that maybe when Kone turned into Kikyo she had some sort of memory lapse until the battle with Komet Kupid and Vixion? Meh, it does seem kinda odd... but i guess it could be a safety precaution. It's just an idea.
... oh and, do the RDF have guards at their base, or are they so confident in their abilities that it's basically just for the group. Hmm...

the RDF have guards, but they are only as strong as the average Hermalyan. Alex is going to get busy soon, as well as Goti. Oh, and the biggest, baddest member of the RDF is getting ready to join in.

I don't feel like adding to the story right now, so I'm not gonna. ;D

"So which way now?" Rani wondered aloud.
"Our best bet," Goti answered, "Is probably on the next level down. I doubt the ground level of the castle would house something as precious as the mist generator."
"Have you found a way down?" Liquaro asked. Goti bent over and tore a large chunk out of the floor, revealing a cavernous space beyond that spanned the dozen or so feet to the floor.
"Go ahead," Goti instructed, "And watch yourselves; the seru are probably expecting us now." Liquaro and Rani nodded in unison and both descended through the hole. Goti followed and let the chunk of stone fall back into place as smoothly as possible, though a close examination with light might have revealed the cracks.
The three came to land on the floor below. Surprisingly, there seemed to be slightly more light in the eternal gloom down below. There seemed to be no forks in the path near them; their only options were to go left or right. The shadowy veil that seemed to cloud the senses in the castle made it all the more difficult to decide. On the one hand, the power of the emperor seemed to the left, far, below, but in that general direction. To the right seemed an endless eptiness that stretched onward into the planet's flesh. It was impossible to tell which direction to go.
"Any ideas on where we should start looking?" Liquaro said to the others.
"The seru would have to have a way of accessing the mist, wouldn't they?" Rani pointed out, "Something has to lead to it, even if it's not something we can get through."
"And it'd probably be well-guarded," Liquaro added.
"The powers of the seru are kind of hard to pick up in here," Goti admitted, "But they seem to be concentrated in front of us. My bet is that they're guarding the generator."
"How do you know they aren't trying to trick us?" Rani asked.
"Then they'd be more scattered," Goti answered, "There are a few stragglers all over the castle, but these... things... they're gathered that way." He motioned at the wall.
"So then," Liquaro said, "Why not just blast through them?"
"They might have slaves," Goti pointed out, "And who knows what kind of minds they have. At any rate, we need to decide soon."

In a flash, the Sim-Seru was gone. Then he was back, right behind Cybtrenks.
"Huh?" Cybtrenks thought for a brief second before getting kicked in the back and falling face first into the ground. Using the momentum of the kick, he launched himself toward the wall and back at his attacker, tackling him into the opposing wall.
Taking advantage of the Sim-Seru's situation, Cybtrenks fired a stream of energy blasts at the Mist Genorator. The air around it shimmered, indication a force field.
"Damn," Cybtrenks spat in his strange fused voice of Cyba and Trunks. "It won't be easy."

[Wolfstar]

Thinking on his feet, Cybtrenks grabbed the Sim-Seru and threw him face first into the force field of the Mist Generator.
"Aaaraaaghhhh!" the Sim-Seru screamed in pain as it was electrocuted by the power of the force field. In a flash he was gone.
"That takes care of that," Cybtrenks said to himself. As if on cue, the Sim-Seru reappeared right behind him, snarling in his fury.
"See how you like it!" it shouted as he shoved Cybtrenks into the force field as well.

Goti seemed to flench.
"I sense it too..." Rani said, now looking somewhat concerned. "What should we do?"
"It's... tough out there," Goti said, "I'm not sure. The last time I jumped in like that... but... I can't do nothing."
"Cyba and Trunks have to have improved more than we've seen while they were in exile," Liquaro pointed out, "They can last a little longer. But... it doesn't feel right to just sit here like this. I mean, it wasn't easy for us against the emperor, even with our transformation. But our goal here is to destroy the mist generator, wherever it is."
"Well... I guess we'd better make this quick then," Goti said.
"What about considering the attack?" Rani asked.
"We've considered long enough," Goti responded, "You two wait for my signal to attack, got it?" The twins nodded silently. Goti then created an energy orb and projected it through the wall. The wall crumbled as though a bomb had struck. Through the dust, the floating shapes could be seen, moving about in anticipation.
"Now!" Goti cried, flying into the chamber and firing like mad. He was in the midst of all of them before he remembered that their touch was how they initiated their control. He continued to blast furiously, now constantly changing his aim to defend himself. THe twins had barely entered the chamber, firing as well.
"Rani, let's see how they like our spirit attack," Liquaro said to his brother. Rani said nothing, only blasted away another of the seru with his right hand and reached out for Liquaro's with his left. They again chanted the phrase and put forth the energy. When the light faded, the seru remained there, unharmed.
"it had no affect!" Rani gasped.
"It's something about this place... the mist... their minds..." Liquaro struggled for the answer.
"Guys, it might be a good time to fall back," Goti called, "I'll cover you... get to safety!"
"No way!" Rani shot back.
"We can't be killed anymore than we already are," Liquaro added.
"But you can be controlled," Goti reminded them, sending an enormous wave of energy outward to decimate most of the seru. Liquaro threw a blast to take care of some stragglers to the left, Rani firing at some ont he right. The retreat was rendered pointless. Goti came to the floor, the room now hot with the vaporized Seru.
"I don't see anything," Goti said, looking about the room, "It isn't here."
"What now?" Rani asked.
"We keep looking," Goti responded, "Don't worry father; I'll be there."
"What if Cybtrenks has already found the mist generator?" Liquaro wondered.
"You have a good point," Goti admitted.

... I can't really think of what else to do at this point. Here's an idea that came to me though; wouldn't it be interesting to put SSJ5 against Chaotic? Obviously, this would be most likely if one of them ended up under Seru control, but... hmm...

Huffing and reeling, Cybtrenks forced himself to stand up. Smoke was coming off his back, indicating a terrible burn.
"All this power, yet you can't stop me?" the Sim-seru false Emporer comented. "How can you expect to beat Juggernaut? Don't get me wrong, you are formidible, but you are outmatched."
Cybtrenks strode over to his adversary. "You don't know the meaning of hell," Cybtrenks said, a smirk playing its way across his face.
"Ball of Chaos!" Cybtrenks shouted, but the voice did not come from the figure in front of the sim-seru.
The sim-seru took quite a hit, swirling in a typhoon of Chaos Energy. Then the answer appeared. The Cybtrenks that was in front of the sim-seru turned green and dissappeared, revieling the true Cybtrenks standing some way back behind his foe.
"What in the name of the Emporer was that?" the sim-seru questioned.
"I call that the Chaos Image," Cybtrenks answered. "Crafty, isn't it?"

It was somewhat frustrating for the three that searched the castle. They had no idea of where to go now, and the place seemed so hard to make sense of... Where were they to go?

Beaten, bloody, and bruised, the Sim-Seru looked up at its triumphant adversary.
"I told you, I am the best there is," Cybtrenks told it.
"Yes, so it seems," the false Emperor agreed. "I almost expected to win. Good job." The staggereing Sim-Seru walked over to the Mist Generator, placing one discolored hand on it. "It must be this way," it resigned. In a flash of light, the duplicate Emporer was gone.
"That leaves only one thing to go," Cybtrenks muttered, charging energy into his hand and shooting it at the Mist Generator.
The ground rumbled as a fleshy wall protruded from the Mist Generator, protecting it from harm. The rumble turned into a laugh.
"What in Kami's name is going on," Cybtrenks wondered aloud.
"You thought that was the end?" Cort asked, making a sudden appearance. "My duplicate was instructed to become one with the beautiful Mist Generator. Now you face me and Juggernaut!"

Hey cajones, I'll provide the Chaotic if you provide the SSJ5... Try to get him to the Mist Generator before Cybtrenks gets taken over.

Ok, I was going to post something (for once in over like 6 months), but I'm totally confused where Goken and Kikyo are right now. If someone could tell me, I'll get to being active in the RPG again.

Grr... I haven't had internet access since... the day before everyone posted!!!! So if that has killed everything... I will hurt the tech people at school that work on the network! (Apparently they're doing something new... and it's on the bottom of their priorities list. So I'm told, it's the worst thing that this one teacher has seen in his twelve years there... meh... on with the story?)

Goken and Kikyo I think are still where Kupid was killed. Everyone else has gone ahead to the base of the RDF. I don't remember if they're there yet or not... meh. Kikyo had just used magic to heel Goken, and he was confused... and then... meh. THat's pretty much it.

... I can't think of what I should do right now... os if anyone's still coming... you have it. Two weeks without internet has had serious side-effects... ... *Seeks psychiatric help*

Goken just stared at Kikyo blankly, his face showed no sign of anger or happiness, it was completely blank. Kikyo stared back, obviously unsure of what to tell him. She pushed a strand of hair from her face, it was a habit she did when she was nervous.

"Goken... I'm sorry... I...I don't know what to tell you." She finally choked up.

"...Kikyo..." Goken responded. "How can you do that?"

"It's a spell," Kikyo answered.

"A spell? Like a magician?" Goken questioned taking a step towards Kikyo.

"Yes," Kikyo replied not moving from where she was standing, "it is like a magician's spell."

"How do you know something like that?" Goken answered, once again taking a step foward to Kikyo.

"There's no time to explain," Kikyo said turning away from Goken, "We have to stop the emperor!"

Suddenly, a light engulfed Goken, as he split back into Gotenks and Goton.

Kikyo turned back to the two in shock. "This isn't good! They should have stayed fused together for at least 1 more hour! We need Goken to help kill the emperor!"

Kikyo turned back to where the others would have been. "Gotenks... we need to join the others."

"Where exactly are the others?" Goton asked.

Kikyo turned to the two again, "I'm not exactly sure..."

I just realized something! I never really killed off Kupid! He was hit by the Lunar Eclipse, but never classified as dead or alive...hmm...at least I don't think so...

Wow! Hee hee... I didn't expect to see that twice... nice rivalry in the making! O.K. The others all landed outside the base of the RDF. That little scene took a few seconds, which should be enough for a simple little look-around. Now, I think I see where we're trying to go with the Cybtrenks situation... What's going on up on Hermalya is definitely detectible from earth, but currently there's no one that can do anything about it but Goken. Ironically enough, this may set up our situation... but since we have to wait for fusion to recharge, I'll see if we can have Goti and the twins provide a distraction... ick... hopefully this doesn't make Goti get smacked around again... that'd get kind of redundant. I'll wait a little for that... for now... to the base...

"Does anyone know the way in?" Kyu asked.
"Quiet," Yabu warned, "There are guards about. Weaklings, but still able to sound the alarm."
"I think I can detect the entrance with a quick scan," Elohssa stated, "Just give me a moment and I should be able to at least give us some details."

Sorry about the patheticness... but It at least makes our time line consistent. So if you decide to head there, you might want to start with my scene and walk in... even though the Goton/Goken one would be cooler. Meh. O.k, do whatever and we'll worry with document placement later. ! ^_^. Sorry for the wait, Wolfstar. I think we can manage it for at least another hour or so... ooh... pain... >.<. Oh, and didn't we say something about Alex and the resistance? Meh... just remembering...
SO the RDF members we're certain remain are just Donnyr and Blitzian. They also have Dende and the dragon balls. Hmm...
Ah! So is decapitation a sure way of killing a Hermalan? Meh... doesn't really matter... hmm...
